On the enclosed, heated terrace there is a Jacuzzi in use all year round. A coffee maker and various types of tea are available in the kitchen. The bathroom is fully equipped: towels, bathrobes, slippers, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, dental hygiene set, small cosmetic set. In the attic, a comfortable bed.

Az apartman funkcionális, új és környezetbarát. Kialakítása során a fő cél az volt, hogy a lehető legkisebb ökológiai lábnyomot hagyják az itt pihenők. Különlegessége, hogy nagyon csendes részen van, viszont 500m belül minden szolgáltatás elérhető. A köponttól 4,4km távolságra van, az erdőtől pedig 800 méterre. Természetjárók, biciklizők kedvelt helye. Lakókocsival érkezőknek is megoldott a zárt parkolás.
