Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Taranto

This was an exceptional Airbnb experience. The property is peaceful, beautiful, and well-equipped, but the warm hospitality really stood out. The host greeted us with a delicious home-cooked dinner by their aunt, served with wine—a generous and memorable welcome. The cozy fireplace made for relaxing evenings, and the kitchen was the best-stocked we’ve seen—an absolute pleasure to cook in. The Wi-Fi was reliable, and mornings on the stone terrace were a delight, with coffee and birdsong in a serene setting. Surrounded by fig trees in a small orchard, the house had fresh fig jam made from the property’s fruit, along with bread, milk, coffee, and muffins provided at check-in. A thoughtful and much-appreciated touch. The location allows for easy day trips—many great spots are within ~30 min. drive. A highlight was our visit to the Walking Wine store (Ostuni) spenting a lovely evening with Graziana & George. I recommend staying >week to fully relax and enjoy the beauty of this region.

This is a really lovely apartment, we would definitely stay here again. Everything is exactly as shown in the photos and finished to a high standard. I loved sitting on the roof top terrace where we were surrounded by swifts morning and evening. The town of Ceglie Messapica is a hidden gem of Puglia, the centre is really beautiful with a great vibe in the evening. There are so many places to eat compared to the size of the town! It's worth noting that the stairs inside and very high and steep - this may be unsuitable if you have any issues with mobility.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was beautifully designed, spotless, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The peaceful surroundings and lovely backyard made it really special. The hosts were so friendly and responsive. We already miss it and would love to come back!

We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely authentic old building! We felt like locals! It’s just on the edge of the old town with beautiful views over the surrounding countryside. All the wonderful bars and restaurants are so close. There is everything you need in the kitchen including a great coffee machine! The bed is huge and it’s one of the most comfortable we’ve ever slept in! The veranda was perfect to enjoy a glass of wine in the afternoon sun. Francesco was very friendly and helpful as a host. The perfect place to explore this part of Puglia!

wonderful pool, excellent for swimming & relaxing, calm and beautiful surrounding, beautiful houses and absolutely lovely family that runs the b&b. we would definitely come back!

What a fabulous place, the perfect setup for us with two bedrooms in the main house and separate double room in the trulli annexe, all with gorgeous en suites. Super clean and modern with stunning patios and the infinity pool. Barbara and her husband went out of their way to welcome us and ensure we had a good time, meeting us at check in to show us round. We were absolutely blown away with how idyllic it all was. And then, at night, when the lights came on around the garden and in the pool it created a wonderful chill space. Next time we’ll come back in the summer so we can swim at night, this time, as it was October, we had to stick to the daytime. The location was also a great base for our visits to Punta Proscuitto’s super long sandy beach, the Salina dei Monaci flamingo reserve, Lecce, Alberobello and of course beautiful Ostuni, where Barbara’s reco’s for a bar and a restaurant were spot on. It was very hard to leave. Thanks so much Barbara, it was the perfect mini-break!

The place is really beautiful with an idyllic garden and terrace. Inside, the vaulted ceiling and huge bathroom are beautiful and it is a very good place to stay. Marina and her husband are very attentive, and the place is ideal for visiting all the sites of Puglia. We had a great time and felt really welcomed by great hosts. Thank you to them for their kindness and availability.

We loved staying at Mimma’s home. She was a brilliant host who had thought of everything. The house is ideally located for seeing lots of the beautiful towns and beaches of Puglia.

perfect stay for week ostuni. can park car and contact with Marcello is super good and nice. The front terrace is lovely to have a glass of wine outside. kitchen is quite small, but we did not make a hot meal, so then it is fine

We were very happy with the apartment. The apartment was very clean, very spacious. A large terrace where we like to spend the evenings. The garden was well maintained. Aircon worked well. It had everything you needed. Saturo beach can be reached in about 10 authorities. We have been well received. Maria is a very good hostess. She gave us a good idea and explained everything. We would like to come here again. And we definitely recommend this apartment.

Beautiful accommodation and very spacious right in the centre of the port which has a lovely promenade and plenty of restaurants. But don’t worry it is very quiet and peaceful at the apartment. Carmelo was attentive, friendly and helpful. Bed was super comfortable, slept very well - a great find and wouldn’t hesitate recommending this place.

The apartment is absolutely beautiful. We were there as a family of 2 adults and 3 children. The neighborhood is quiet but close to the center, it is possible to park on the street for free. The apartment is very well-equipped. The apartment is on the 3rd floor without elevator access, which wasn't a problem for us, but it's important to know. The shower is really tiny, it's hard to move around inside and the seals aren't done which causes a flood with each shower. Taking a shower is a real feat... Apart from that this apartment is really charming and comes very close to flawless!

My husband and I LOVED our stay here!! It’s in the perfect location- close enough to the main square to be super walkable, but just far enough away for it to be a quiet place to get some sleep. Gilda was such a great host. She was sweet, helpful, responsive, flexible, and we would absolutely stay here again in the figure. Highly recommend!!

Wow, this house exceeded expectations and is even more magical than the photos depict. The interior is clean, homely and comfortable and the kitchen is well-equipt for it's size. But this house is ALL about the garden! It's huge and secluded, with beautiful plants and trees, lizards, hammocks and fairy lights with dappled shade beneath the trees or sunbathing space on the terrace - it's got it all! There's a trampoline, bikes and climbing frame for the children. We liked that these are to the side of the property so that they could safely play, but it didnt interupt the gorgeous asthetic when sat outside to eat or read. Daniele was extremely helpful and communication was easy and prompt. We came at the very start of the season, in May, and loved how quiet the local area was. The beaches, which are crystal clear and look like the Carribean, were really quiet and we had ample space to sit without being close to others. We are already planning our return trip to this magical oasis!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The place is absolutely beautiful u d so well looked after. It is very calm and private. The pool is spectacular. Giovanni and Anna Maria are very friendly and great hosts. The communication was good. The roads and path which lead to the place are very narrow and quite difficult to drive. We would absolutely come back for some quite, relaxing days :)

We were 3 friends that stayed 5 nights and it was the perfect size for us. The home is very clean and charming with beautiful surroundings. The hosts greeted us warmly upon arriving with sweet welcome gifts and explanations of the home and have a book of recommendations for the area. The home has an alarm system that was a bit challenging to work at first but eventually got the hang of it which was a nice feature. It is closer to Cisternino than Ostuni and you’ll definitely need a car as it is more remote from the towns. We had a couple challenges, but they were very quick to respond and come over within 10min to address anything we needed help with which was amazing (even very late at night). Overall, a beautiful, clean, quiet place to stay with really lovely and helpful hosts.

We had a wonderful time at Stefano's place with our family of 5. The property and home are beautiful. The kids enjoyed playing in the yard. There is ample patio space for dining or relaxing. We went off season and didn't use the pool but it looks wonderful for the summer. The old stone part of the house has great character. The hot tub is a great way to relax. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies. We had plenty of room to spread out and relax. It's a short 10 minute drive to Ostuni, which has plenty of restaurants, shops, and things to see. We greatly enjoyed our time and would highly recommend the place to anyone visiting the area.

We greatly enjoyed the villa; it offered privacy and a peaceful vacation while providing easy access to the nearby town for great restaurants.

I have no words to say about this beautiful place and the host Maria and her whole family We had the most memorable 3 nights in locorotondo Puglia Maria and her husband took care of all the needs while our stay and arranged everything to celebrate my bday at her beautiful villa She touched my heart so much I felt like I went to one of my family member’s house Had an amazing pizza night that they made in the wood fire grill that they have in the premises I would highly recommend this place for anybody who wants have a wonderful stay ! Thank u and your whole family who looked after me and my family so well !

For us as a family, Edda's house was the perfect base for excursions in Puglia. The house is very nicely located a little off the main road. You can enjoy the sun on the terrace in the morning and there is a conservatory for eating, playing and entertaining, as well as a covered terrace. The existing older building has been very stylishly integrated into the new building parts. The house has everything you need for a nice stay. Nearby (about 5 minutes by car) is the city of Carovigno, where you get fresh rolls in the morning and also everything else you need. You can take excursions to all the main destinations in Puglia (Lecce, Bari, Ostuni, Alberobello and many small villages). Edda is super nice and always provided us with good tips.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Sara's beautiful Villa. It was perfect for our family and was exactly as shown in the photographs and in the description. The grandkids particularly enjoyed the pool which we had heated for the week. Facilities in the house were great. BBQ and outdoor kitchen area were very useful and enjoyable. Easy access to Ostuni with its many restaurants. The location allowed easy access to all the main routes around Ostuni to enable us to readily explore towns and beaches in Puglia. We would happily go back again in the future.

The Villa is beautiful, well appointed and perfectly maintained. If offers great privacy and the setting is gorgeous inside and outside. The outdoor space offers so much and is beautiful. You will not be disappointed. And the people that work there to maintain the property are exceptional. Special shout out and thank you to Daniela , would was Spectacular! She made the Villa shine all the more. And Imma, the chef , I highly recommend.

Trullo Silentio is a magnificent property, we spent beautiful days in absolute peace and quiet. Valentina is an impeccable host, always ready for any eventuality and I take this opportunity to thank her again for helping us in every situation. The trullo has been renovated with extreme care and taste and both the interior and exterior spaces are perfect for fully enjoying a perfect vacation. Definitely one of the best Airbnbs I've ever visited...thank you!
