We had a lovely stay here. It was a great base to explore both New Plymouth and the Taranaki area. We loved exploring the garden and enjoyed some of Dee’s produce. The stay was very comfortable. Would recommend.

A perfect place to stay on our mother & daughter trip. It was safe and easy to get around for my mother in her 80s. The rooms and beds were cosy and clean. Alana really spoilt us with the most delicious slice on arrival including the recipe. We had breakfast goods supplied with our choice of milk, it was fabulous. Nick came down to help us with a couple of things we couldn’t start. I would highly recommend Alana & Nick as hosts, thanks heaps.

I stayed at Alex's place with my husband and infant daughter for 10 days and it was fantastic! We absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend to anyone. The home was incredibly clean and had everything we needed. It's a very close drive to the grocery store and laundromat as well. It is also very close to a gorgeous beach! Alex is a very kind and responsive host who made us feel welcomed instantly. We would stay again without hesitation.

Renee's place is in a geat location and the property is clean and well appointed. The owners were friendly and helpful but also gave us privacy. Highly recommend.

This is a great place for a weekend getaway. Peaceful and close to the beach and only a short car ride from town. Would recommend!

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Total schöne ruhige Lage. Der Weg zum Strand war gut zu Fuß machbar(5—8) Minuten. Whanganui ist schnell zu erreichen. Hat uns Freude bereitet.

Great place for a getaway, just outside of town and in the direction of many Taranaki Maunga sites. Diana was friendly and accommodating, will definitely consider staying again for our next Taranaki adventure.

Very convenient apartment for our stay in New Plymouth. Great size, very comfortable, well equipped, and with a pleasant courtyard garden. We had everything we needed and enjoyed our stay. It's nice to be able to walk to the port area and waterfront walkway.

Janet’s place is beautiful and super recommended. The place is even better than in the photos. They are super friendly and hospitable, recommended us places to visit and let us use the washing machine and pick up some vegetables from the garden. The beds are super comfortable, the bathroom is big, we really enjoyed our stay.

Charlotte was an excellent host who made us feel welcome, responded to our requests in a timely manner and always very positive. Location was excellent with restaurant, food places nearby. We will definitely come back again

Joelene’s apartment is great, very clean and tidy. The location is close to the beach and city centre. Easy to find. Joelene recommended cafe’s and restaurants along with other places of interest. Highly recommend this apartment.

We really enjoyed our three night stay @ Meanda Inn and would love to stay again some time in the future. The view in all directions is amazing and a joy to wake up to every morning and so peaceful and quiet. All of the facilities are excellent and all of the rooms are quite large but not cluttered. The location is perfect if you want to be near the centre of New Plymouth which is only five minutes drive away. This is a really lovely place to stay and the hosts Anne & Mo are super friendly and were great to talk to. Highly recommended 10/10 and many thanks for having us.

This is small studio type accommodation a short distance from the centre of town. Vladislav met us when we arrived and communicated frequently throughout our 4 night stay to check everything was ok. We appreciated his responsiveness to our requests and the extra touches he provided. Biscuits, nice coffee, tissues and toiletries. It is a little out of town so need transport to get to city centre, however the cafes by the breakwater and the coastal walkway are within walking distance.
