We loved the 3 days we spent at Françoise's. The accommodation is super functional, nothing is missing and, an appreciable thing, it is very airy. The location is the big highlight, on the water, quiet with direct access to a drop where you can observe marine wildlife. For those who don't particularly like water, we were able to observe among others: rays, octopuses, small sharks directly from the pontoon. Françoise is very nice and took the time to help us plan our visits. Thanks again.

This place was just as advertised; we had a great time! If you are looking for a hopping nightlife and the bustle of town, this rental might not be right for you. If you are looking for a beautiful private secluded beach with easy access to kayak to the motu or snorkel the reef right out your front door, then this is the place for you. We had a great time snorkeling, kayaking, visiting the motu, watching the sun set and lightning strike when it was raining, and generally enjoyed the privacy and natural beauty Raiatea has to offer. We rented a car for some of our stay and crused the island to find a short hike here and there and we visited the pearl farm on the other side of the island. I recommend this site without any reservations as long as a quiet get away is your goal.

We were so impressed by the space and location. Mathieu was such a gracious and helpful host. The beach was beautiful, and the location overall was laid back and calm. I recommend having him provide dinner and breakfast for your stay, as there are not very many food options nearby (and if they are they close early) but his dishes are delicious and well worth the price, which is probably the same you’d pay eating out! Overall would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a calm and relaxing place to stay on a relatively affordable budget ◡̈

My wife and I spent two weeks in French Polynesia, and visited four islands. Raiatea was our favourite and Thierry and his place are what truly made the difference. The location is stunning, with a beautiful deck right on the ocean, and the possibility to snorkel or kayak in the lagoon. The bungalow is exactly as described, it has a tropical and authentic vibe and has everything you need for a lovely stay. But the best thing was Thierry himself. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and to share his culture and his knowledge of the place. He took us to a nearby motu for a fantastic morning of snorkelling and spearfishing, and made us some lovely meals. During our stay, we were also lucky to meet his family, and he invited us to join them for dinner as if we were part of them. Should we go back to Raiatea in the future, we have no doubt we will be staying at Le Noha again!

Patrice and Sophie are lovely caring hosts. We felt right at home as soon as we arrived on the island thanks to a great welcome. The accommodation is immersed in an idyllic and authentic setting far from the hustle and bustle of the city. Recommended (and to be repeated!😁) without so much as a second thought! great stay at Valentin's, there is really everything you need (even the washing machine!) very good tips for car rental, activities. good location, close to the departure of taxi boat, shop, market.

5 nights spent in Raiatea at Martine's. The accommodation is - 5 minutes from the port by car, all comfort and spacious. It is very well equipped with in + kayaks for sea trips on the public motu to see the reef and make a picnic! Communication is great with super responsive and kind hosts.
