The place is as described. It took us a while to get there, but they were always attentive to us. The view is amazing, the place is perfect to disconnect and enjoy with family or friends. Super helpful and friendly joy, very happy with our stay.

Gabriel always showed a flexible and friendly attitude... it was easy to arrive like the handover of the house.. we had an excellent weekend and a lot influenced the location and comforts of the house...

Our stay in this house was very pleasant, it is a very cozy house, with many floors and decorative details in keeping with the identity of Tapalpa. The water came out with good pressure and hot. Irma, who helped us with the cleaning, was very attentive and friendly. Finally, it is very well located to explore the town center and its activities. In addition, it helps a lot that it has parking as it is in the center. I would definitely go back.

A very good place to rest

The house is beautiful, spacious and comes with everything you need to feel at home, it is spacious and very well distributed, take my puppies and charm the place as the free area is suitable for them. So my kennels approve it. It's in a great location, less than 5 minutes from downtown walking. Gaby's attention was very good, he is a super friendly host, clear instructions.

The place is beautiful !! From the moment the gate opens, you can see the great love and dedication that Hector and his family have for that place. The maintenance staff is very friendly, they make you feel at home, the location is spectacular. Extremely clean 10/10 The common areas are very pleasant to enjoy with friends and family, it is a place that undoubtedly gives a lot of peace. And I was infinitely grateful that the place was pet-friendly. Obviously, I made sure that my pets knew how to behave according to the rules of the place at all times, but even they enjoyed it to the fullest. We will definitely be back 🙏🏼 Recommended for closed eyes.

We had a very nice weekend the place is very quiet, the instructions and information are very clear, both Carlos and Ricardo( the Sr who gave me the keys) are very attentive and respond quickly, we did not have any inconvenience, very recommended, we will return.

The house was well appointed. And it was in a peaceful development. We enjoyed outside space and the pool area. The hosts were friendly and helpful. We all agreed we would return!

We had the opportunity to stay in this house for our work retreat and I can safely say that choosing this space was the best decision!! Very comfortable house, despite being 7 people we all had our privacy, we loved that the pool was warm and also Priscila, who is the person who was with us to cook for us and the cleaning made the experience even better!! Delicious cooking, she spoiled us and was always willing to help us with everything we needed. We would definitely come back here! 1000/10 the experience!!

The house is very nice, the best thing is Abraham's service, always attentive and helping with good recommendations. The pool was a bit cold, but Abraham responded to the report immediately. A very cozy family place, I would recommend it

The place is very nice, identical to the photos and with all the amenities indicated in the publication. The service provided by Elena and her co-hosts was very good, they were in constant communication and gave us recommendations for places to eat and hang out. The truth is that the stay was a 10/10, everything was very clean and the place is very quiet at night and in its surroundings there are several places such as a bank, Oxxo, taco stand and restaurants. I loved everything and would definitely come back. Thank you so much for the nice attention :)

Everything is very nice. This is the second time that we have stayed here and everything is very comfortable, area for children, amenities and a soccer field.

Excellent host and excellent place to rest and be in nature

Advantages: Just like in the photos, it is a very quiet and beautiful place! The kitchen has everything, the beds are very comfortable. Super hot water when bathing. They provide you with firewood to make a campfire at night. Disadvantages: We were unable to connect to the Wifi and the cabin is far from downtown Tapalpa.

The place is well worth it, it has an unbeatable view, a very spacious area for walking in nature and you can rest very comfortably. Yazmin was very attentive and clear with the directions.

Everything was excellent, the communication was very fluid and it was very easy to get there. The place is comfortable and has everything you need.
