This home is a great retreat in the Catskills, it feels intimate while still having the space for you and other guests. Would visit again!

Excellent location with private pond. This home was truly built for a family gathering. Wonderful entertaining spaces, large fireplace with an expansive kitchen to cook in. There is a large game room with board games to suite all ages, billiards, croquet, and a small row boat for fun.

Had a great stay at this Airbnb—peaceful and scenic with an incredible waterfall right on the property. My dog had a blast exploring the trails and walking along the stream (I even braved a few cold dips myself!). Not much nearby, so it was a nice change of pace to cook and unwind—just be sure to check for ticks after those hikes!

Stony Clove Cottage was great for our family with two little kids—lots of toys and kids books and bunk beds and tub with kids shampoo. Kitchen has everything you need. Really feels like you’re in someone’s house, if you like that. Road is sometimes a bit loud and neighbors are right there, but swimming hole across the road (ask for directions to the sweet spot) was wonderful. Host was responsive and helpful. Near great eats (Phoenicia diner, Peekamoose, the Pines, Mam’s Boy Burgers) and great hikes. I always complain about the beds being uncomfortable in every place I stay, so maybe that’s a me problem. Would recommend for other families.

Another review said it was more beautiful than the pictures and I agree! The home and space was so serene even though it was a bit rainy. My partner and I felt safe and visited some food recommendations. We highly recommend mornings! And We hope to go back! Paul was truly an amazing and responsive host

Adrian’s place was absolutely lovely. It’s beautiful, peaceful, and easy to relax into. The new “hedge” separating the driveway and the side yard is lovely. Having nature all around is gorgeous and restorative. We’ll definitely return!

A clean and minimalist place with a great view! I’d highly recommend for anyone looking to explore the Hudson valley. The location is within driving distance from several awesome towns and outdoor activities.

Wonderful views and lots of space to explore your surroundings. We enjoyed the eco-friendly hot tub the most!

We stayed 2 nights at Bob and Jackie's place with our 2 kids. The apartment was clean and prepared for our arrival which we really appreciate (an extra bed was already made for our kids to sleep). There was enough space for the 4 of us, the kitchen is fully equipped too. Although it was raining heavily during our stay, we could enjoy our time outside because of a little covered area on the back of the building with a view to the woods and a grill that we enjoyed using as well. Thanks Bob and Jackie for a nice and peaceful stay!

John and Emma's place is exactly as described. It is neat and comfortable. You can tell they put a lot of care into making the place feel welcoming. It is on a busy corner so that might be off-putting to some, but it was fairly quiet on the days we were there. You are able to walk to town to many restaurants, shops, and ice cream and there is a big grocery store just down the road.

Love Janet, love her property, love the atmosphere……….PERFECT in every way! Any need……Janet was doll! Will be back!

Very convenient location close by to everything we needed! We did have an issue with something in our unit, but Aaron communicated very quickly and was able to let us use the other available unit for the night. Both Air bnbs at the property were very well stocked and spotless. Felt very much at home here!

I had an amazing stay at Lisa's place and felt so comfortable that didn't want to leave. but definitely booking again for next catskills adventure. Thank you Lisa for allowing my stay at your wonderful retreat from the norm of life.

Carmen's place is an amazing getaway. Set back and quiet, but close to town. Very clean, and with all the amenities you would need. Very responsive to all questions leading up to the trip. 5 stars all the way!

within reach was just perfect for my quick trip to the catskills for a special event. I loved the downtown location. parking was available right out front, and lockbox/key access was easy. the place was set up very well, with everything I needed. I really liked the aesthetic, and the streamlined decor. the street out front was lively at night, but the bedroom was very quiet. I had an ideal and very enjoyable stay.

This was our second stay which was as wonderful as our first stay!Beautiful, spotless little airbnb in a fabulous location close to restaurants and unique shops. The host was delightful and we already have another stay booked😀

Daria and Justin were lovely, responsive hosts. It’s a great little apartment — super clean, well equipped with all the basic necessities, tasteful, well thought out decor, a really pleasant place to be, right on the mountain. Small, but perfect for a couple or small family ski weekend. I would definitely recommend and would love to go back.

Mary’s place is nice and clean, right in the center of town. Walkable to restaurants and coffee shops. This is my second stay at Daniel’s, and it was just as good as the first! I love the location of his place in relation to the mountain. It’s a quick walk up the parking lot to the trails/lifts. Most importantly, my pups feel right at home, and they know his place now! His home is always clean and the linens/towels always smell fresh! I told him I will be coming back multiple times throughout the snow season to go boarding. He is very responsive and helpful and would go out of his way if need be! Overall, 12/10 recommend Daniel’s spot!

Perfectly set up and spotless. The unit is supplied with everything you could possibly need. By far the best organized, supplied and clean Airbnb we have ever stayed in.

5 stars, 5 stars, 5 stars!! I would just like to say I’ve stayed in many Air B&Bs before, and this one is by far one of my favorites. The hosts are absolutely amazing. They are proactive in responding and really want you be be comfortable and making sure you have no issues. The price was 100% worth it. I love that they included board games as a part of the space, such a nice touch. The bathrooms and bedrooms were also so clean, and we enjoyed our stay. You can really tell the hosts put a lot of love and care into this place. I can’t say enough good things about them!

Loved the house! I don’t drive, but there are local cabbies in the area. You will see a bear or two as expected so try to take garbage out during the day, not in the evening or at night. The neighbors were pleasant, and I felt very safe. Loved how quiet the community is and really appreciated having a washer and dryer. Bed is super comfy. My only note is that the couch has some spots on it that give me the ick, but I used the extra sheets to cover it up and was fine. Plenty of linens, blankets etc. I love the area so much. I stayed a month for a writing retreat.

Robert's place was a delight! Spotless with many thoughtful touches. We went for a spring snowboard trip to Hunter and didn't try to walk to the lifts (due to the conditions), but the drive was only a few minutes and super convenient. Robert was very responsive and friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. The property is great with a lovely deck and well equipped. Highly recommend this property; we hope to be back!
