Me and my family spend two nights at Mr. Welly's place. The house itself is really spacious, has peaceful ambiance and has everything that we need. The host also really considerate and friendly. I would definitely come back to stay at Mr. Welly's house in the future.

Very quiet! Probably the first place I ever stayed in Indonesia where I never heard any barking dogs. Nice small office and bedroom, it's a nice home. Plus a big smart TV too.

Ryan’s place is very homy, cozy, & clean. Strategic location, near Aeon Mall BSD, The Breeze, Cisauk train station, Intermoda market, Simplicity & The Icon Cluster, Serba Raja Toll Road, and Prasetya Mulya University. Ryan is a friendly & very communicative host. Highly recommended.

Nice big place, can accomodate 6 until 10 people with extra bed. Clean and easy to find. Near big street (Jl.Gajah Mada), many food stall and mini market.

stayed for 10 days. the place was neat, accurately represented by the pictures. Seiky was very accomodating to my early check in and late check out request, along with some other needs. this listing is best suited for a single or couple traveler as the second bedroom is furnished as a mixture of walk-in closet and study/work room in lieu of a bed, though a foldable mattress is provided.

Big space and super clean place, the location also good because connect to garden, all is worth the price. but maybe not suitable if bring baby or for house party because the neighborhood is want peaceful and bit annoy with noisy. overall, theresia is really a good host and i'll recommend her place to my friends. The owner so kind Ms Anita friendly and helpful even I asked her about if she knew anyone rent motorcycle and she was fast response and send me some recommendations therefore, high recommend for anyone want rent there. The room so clean and enough for two person, location also nice nearby many restaurants and cafe , the view wonderful, but one thing the location a bit far from central Jakarta but also not too much far around 30 min by motorcycle. Generally 10000⭐️/10

This place is amazinggg!!! A spacious well-maintained unit that makes you want to stay longer… it’s also in a very strategic location, which is right next to one of biggest mall in Jakarta, so everything’s just a walk away. The facilities of the building is also great, a big pool, a well-maintained gym, oh! I also can’t get over the whirl pool! LOL. I will definitely consider to get back to this place. Thank you!

Timothy was an incredibly responsive host and always available. He went above and beyond in responding to my concerns to ensure my stay was as comfortable as possible. Timothy’s place is well located, in walking distance to AEON and a few minutes drive to the Breeze.
