I really like the place, it has great views. It’s spacious for the three of us staying there. It comes with soap & shampoo at each bathroom so we don’t have to travel worrying about bringing such … the bedrooms & bathrooms are clean too! The downside is that there is no convenience store within the area, we have to walk quite a distance, there is only 1 entrance & exit (which adds to the distance). Perhaps this is due to the numerous construction surrounding it. Anw using uber is cheap and going to LWE Hosp is really near with car. However, overall, our stay there is great & Lau is extremely friendly & response quickly, giving us useful informations. Thank you

We had a very comfortable 6 day stay. The only thing is, as I've said to the team, they need to get extractor fan working for the upstairs bathroom as the mould on its ceiling is unpleasant. There were a few furniture chips and damp stains in places when we arrived. Otherwise everything else was pleasant and comfortable. Lots of space, great location and brilliant communication from Jovial Suite. Thank you again!

The house is beautiful, clean and comfortable.. the best swimmg pool.. big... kids love it... only security guard problems.. he's angry because of airbnb booking.. then tell him that's the owner's problem as for airbnb.. we only book.. everything else

Fantastic stay with easy access to the beach and a quiet haven away from the busy areas of Penang. Most amenities were a short walk away. Kids loved the playground and pool area. All the necessities were also provided in the apartment so we could settle in straight away. Jean was also very helpful and responsive. Highly recommended for families wanting to stay in Batu Ferringhi.

Generally the apartment is good. Location around 10min away by cab from the old Georgetown places. Only gripe is that during peak season, having only 4 lifts to serve 40+ levels of residents means having to wait quite a bit for lift during peak hours. Host is quite friendly and accommodating though, so no complaints

Great place to stay with friends . But not very kid friendly / need peaceful on weekend . Due to got loud music at downstairs shop on weekend night . Music continue until 3am . But this place locate to nearest viral place . Easy to go to viral places . Huge & comfortable place to stay . I also like this place because it's the same level with swimming pool. This place also got cuckoo water filter that i don't need to buy water . Overall i felt very satisfied with this place . Love it.

Amazing place to stay with friends and family. The place is not only as beautiful as in the picture, it is also very spacious, comfortable and is equipped with everything you need to relax. Utensil, fridge, induction cooker, pot, kettle, water filter machine with hot/cold water, you name it. Cleanliness is very important factor to me, and this place get a 5/5 stars from me, its clean and odorless! I will definitely come back again.

The property was absolutely beautiful with stunning views of the beach—it was such a peaceful and scenic spot to relax. The location is also quite convenient, being not too far from Penang Hill, which made sightseeing easy. The room was very clean and incredibly spacious, offering plenty of comfort. One of the best features was that every room had its own balcony, allowing us to enjoy the fresh air and views at any time of day. The staff were also really helpful and supportive throughout our stay, which made the experience even better. Overall, a wonderful stay! The place looks better than in the photos provided. They have very comfy and clean beds and we slept like a baby. It is very easy to navigate to the parking lot and our lodging area. Great for family to stay at since it is inside city area. Very recommended.
