Conveniently located near all major tourist spots, Jit San’s place is clean, spacious and safe. Checkin was smooth with the detailed instructions from her. Would definitely stay again when visiting Melaka.

Easy to locate, nice and clean apartment to stay at. Water is given as well. Definitely coming back to stay if I travel up to Melaka again.

Great stay. Getting through guardhouse was fast. Just scan QR code & you will receive a pass which could be use every time enter. Parking was easy at level 4. Lots of parking. Bright walkway to lift. Lift was fast. All lifts working well. Unit is exactly shown in photos. Everything is there. Iron, hairdryer, microwave, plates & cups. There is TV box. WiFi speed is fast. Balcony is large. Unit is on high floor. Lots of restaurants nearby. Food court is less then 2km away. Jonker street is less then 8 minutes drive away. Very happy with my stay here & will book again if visiting Melaka again.

Comfortable apartment, that matches the photos. The pool is rather crowded at the weekend, but all other times is empty. The condominium is located at a distance from the historical center, but a lot of shops and cafes nearby.

Really loved the place! It was super spacious and comfy, felt just like home. Perfect for big families, especially if you have elderly with you since it’s a single-storey house. The whole place was clean and well-kept, and the location was great too, close to everything. I especially loved the house design, simple yet practical and the laundry area was a nice touch! Definitely recommend for a chill and comfortable stay in Melaka!

Felt just like a tupical kampung house - very peaceful, serene. The furnishings is also like a true kampung experience. Would come here again. En Sairul Nizam (the host) is very responsive, just a call away. It has a reliable WiFi. The water pressure is perfect. Very clean. Overall, great ambience, very kampung-like atmosphere in a great way. Don’t worry about the lack of airconditioners or ceiling fans, the house is cool - being in the village with lush green surroundings.

We had a wonderful stay at this homestay! The place is very clean.. every room is very tidy and comfortable.: the porch is huge can fit up to 5 cars..the amenities are beyond our expectations.. the location also very easy to find via google maps.. The host are very attentive, very responsive, and very helpful. We are so grateful.. highly recommended!!

we had a great time together as a family .. this is our first vacation after so many years n I'm glad we have found a wonderful place. the fountain pool with fish was really a plus point....the sound makes us feel peaceful n calm.. strategic location for nearby attraction places...Mr.Chan was very responsive from the day I booked the place n even let us check out late..tq Mr.Chan...will definitely come back again.

It was a good stay. The place is big enough for 7 people and is close to the Portugese settlement and short drive to the jonker street. Host was very helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend to anyone who is visiting Malacca.

So comfortable for 5 of us and the place was well-decorated. The host communicates very well. Overall we had a pleasant stay!

The location of this unit is strategic, right in the middle between Klebang and the city center. The house is beautiful and clean, with extra mattresses provided. The swimming pool is large, and there are plenty of parking spaces outside. There are also many shops in the area. My family and I had a great time staying here. Definitely, if I come to Melaka again, I will book this place again.

a bit feedback regarding to facility on the house, maybe u can prepare Slipper and more towel. everything was perfect😄
