This spacious apartment was totally revamped in June 2024. New laminate flooring in the rooms as well as the living area for a cozy feel. Brand new A/C units dual purpose ( hot and cold) depending on the seasons, double pane windows overlooking the main avenue for maximum noise reduction and thermal isolation. Let's not forget a complete lifting for both private bathrooms, marble looking walls and floors, beautiful Italian showers and bathroom accessories. Paint colors were carefully chosen by our interior designer for your ultimate comfort. The kitchen counter top, appliances, and high seating area complement the living style of this apartment. For your convenience, an oven, microwave, espresso machine, juicer, fridge, and a washing machine are at hand reach.
