Tempatnya strategis banget buat yg mau ada event di ice, bisa ditempuh jalan kaki 8 menitan dari ice bsd. Rumahnya homey, bersih, rapi, dan wangi. Amenities dan perlengkapan lengkap sesuai deskripsi, host juga sangat ramah dan helpfull. Bisa early check in jg kalau sebelumnya gaada yg menempati. Next kalau ada event di ice lg kami pasti menginap kembali disini. Terima kasih bu yulita dan pak andri~

The best experience during stays, easy to find the place. The Host are friendly and giving clear instructions. The place are good for family gathering, the house has complete facilities, such as a gas stove, microwave, cutlery, games equipment, smart TV, fast internet access, very quiet privacy, spacious parking for 3-4 cars, toiletries, suitable for BBQ, and spacious for 8 -10 people.

Sejujurnya saya agak khawatir waktu memesan kamar di apartemen ini, karena terlihat dari luar cukup mengkhawatirkan. Namun alhamdulillah saat hari menginap, saya diantar langsung oleh pak tri menuju kamar dan how to be there. Pak Tri jg orang yg ramah walaupun pembawaannya terlihat tegas. unit kamarnya sangat bersih, jauh lebih bersih dari ekspektasi saya. Terima kasih pak Tri.

Had a pleasant stay at Chita’s place! The location is very strategic, the place is cozy and homey. Not to mention Chita’s is very responsive and communicative. Will recommend her place to our friends for sure!

The existing facility is a bit old-fashioned, but well-cleaned and enough to utilised daily. One of the cabinets in the kitchen was filled with welcome food and daily consumables beside the clean table wares. Several barrels and 2 boxes of drinking water were ready to use as well. The cabinet in the toilet was filled with new bathroom items like soap, toothbrush/paste, and toilet rolls/facial tissues. The owner of this room is a very friendly reliable multilingual person with a quick response. In case of an additional request or issue from the lessee, he tried to give me quick feedback with a solution. The owner always tries to bring the lessee a comfortable life as much as possible.

Hi, Athina. Your apartement is very nice. I complimented the room non-stop when I was there, because how clean and cozy it is. And I went out at night and found lots of place for dinner around the apartment. 10/10. Definitely will come back. Thanks for the superb hospitality.

Dony it’s very kind and fast respond, super!. Was planning to stayed a week end up extending my stay and as a nomads,.. working in the room with sounds proof it’s really amazing for me to do zoom everyday and the internet work pretty good. As an Interior Designer perspective, the rooms have everything you need. The bed just nice for me, have 4 pillows as it important for me as well 😁.. well done and the sheet so soft as I have such a sensitive skin, it’s really going well. The air conditioning it work well. I have a good sleep here as well that the most important. The pool for sunset …wow,.. breathtaking views with the skyrocketing city light. Gladly to stay there, will stay again when I have a chance to be back. Thank you Dony for such a lovely place really pleasant. Happy Labour day ☺️🙏🏼

The apartment is conveniently located on top of Kuningan city mall, so there is easy access to a lot of amenities. It has everything needed for comfort living, with many appliances often not provided in other places I stayed. The view is fantastic. Overall is a great place to stay, I will definetely come back next time I am in Jakarta

Narmoko and Jolly are very wonderful host. They showed great hospitality, responded to any request or questions quickly, and treated us traditional food as breakfast. This was our first trip to Indonesia. We appreciate that they gave us useful tourist information, such as Benteng Heritage Museum and the market in the surroundings, and also share things about the local. The house is also great and better than expected. Besides the bedroom, they have nicely decorated living room and cute small courtyard you would never want to miss. The house is located in a nice, quiet community, though it's not in downtown, traffic is always no problem by using taxi. I highly recommend Narmoko and Jolly's house to any airbnb travelers around the world.

译文 Ibu Sita is a very careful and patient lady, on the day I arrived in Jakarta, she not only send information to inform me the details also personally drive to the station to pick me up.I am very grateful and thankful . In the evening, after she had finished her pray,she took me to the local night market which made me enjoy the delicious fruits and duck for dinner at the local price. I like Sita's elaborate courtyard, simple, clean and warm. It's definitely a quiet stretch in a crowded, bustling Jakarta city, and I highly recommend Sita and her home to every traveler.If you want to know the real Jakarta, explore its history, culture and art, Sita should be a reliable friend, she is very knowledgeable and wise, and the communication with her made me more cognitive ,very grateful to the acquaintance with her, to be able to make that choice more firmly in my heart. I believe that you will be the same as me in the exploration. From her, you will not only learn the historical microcosm and the real Jakarta, but also can touch the harvest of the soul. In addition, although I don't see Sita's son, but I feel very lucky can enjoy breakfast alone this morning clearly heard piano sounds from upstairs, this is super wonderful and enjoyable ,thanks for all your natural giving and sharing, it is a precious memory and gift for me .

This is the most comprehensive house I have ever lived in. Obi is a very careful person. If you want to feel more local Jakarta, then this place is very suitable. The block here is relatively quiet and comfortable, but it is a little far from the city. The traffic in Jakarta is always a little congested, but it does not affect our trip much. Special thanks to Obi for the hearty breakfast carefully prepared every day, which allows us to see the life of Jakarta from another perspective. When we left, we took a lot of photos together. Obi gave us a gift in return. We will remember that there is a warm house in Jakarta💛

Very good price ratio. They have a very cute inner yard where you get breakfast and coffee, tee, water anytime you want. Also you can easily find this place on Gojek/Grab/google maps. Gabriela was very supportive and organized a cab for me that brought me to Bandung. I highly recommend this place.
