We loved our stay here. Very spacious in quiet area near forest and sea. Local shops very convenient - the K market is very well stocked. The public transport is excellent - regular buses very nearby. We felt happy, and relaxed, both in the accommodation and out and about. Will definitely be returning!

Gorgeous, newly-renovated apartment in an absolutely beautiful location super close to the castle and right in town. They’re not joking about being joggers’ paradise. It’s beautifully and thoughtfully decorated and has everything you could ever need (washing machine, great WiFi, lovely balcony, designated parking, etc.). We’re really grateful to our hosts, Riika and Valtteri, who are indeed super host. We booked extremely last minute, and they made us extremely welcome and set everything up beautifully for us. Definitely the best airbnb experience I have had since I started using the platform. Passionate and welcoming, Virgil is the best host you can imagine. He always replies instantly and tries his best to accommodate different needs. He communicated in advance if he would come to work and it worked out seamlessly. The house is tidy and clean, the highlight is the sauna. The surrounding is quiet and peaceful and I had great sleep during my stay. Roughly around 15 mins train to city centre or to airport. The house is conveniently located in Hel. With frequent train to city and centre, the house is in a perfect location for those who want city and quiet stay at the same time. Thanks to Virgil and his hospitality, I had a very good time in Hel. Will come back for sure ✔️ Thanks Virgil for such warm welcome and perfect place. He is super host for a reason:)

Great location, everything you needed in the apartment, communication and check-in was really smooth. All in all a great experience, highly recommend!

This is an apartment close to the Helsinki city center, in one of the classic older buildings, providing a taste of living like a local in that area. It is well equipped with all amenities for a comfortable stay for 2 people. The owner has put significant effort in keeping the apartment clean and livable. Interestingly enough the bedroom does not have a window, which might be by design, given the long days during spring and summer. My only other comment to prospective renters is to pay attention on how to get the key, since the lock that contains it is around 50-100 m from the building, and somewhat difficult to find if you arrive in the middle of the night. Oh, and don’t forget if you rent a car that you need to pay €4 per hour even while parked in the street (9A-9P). Overall it was a good stay!

Great place! Felt very much at home and enjoyed the privacy of the apartment (and of course the sauna). Sini was very responsive and friendly! Were pleasantly surprised by a V60 (coffee filter) being in the apartment. Thanks and see you soon!

Very close to the train station and a 10 min train ride to city centre, super well equipped kitchen and the hosts were very friendly and respond to your queries asap :)

Pekka was very communicative, and we really appreciated that she worked with us to arrange an early check in. The location was ideal! It is located on a residential street within easy walking distance of our favorite restaurants and the city center. Everything was as listed. We would have preferred to have another couple of pillows and towels, but it was workable. Thanks Pekka!

Great place to stay in Hämeenlinna. Very easy to get around the city from the apartment as the bus station is so close for Aulanko and then everywhere else in the centre is within walking distance. Perfect for a long stay too as the apartment has just about everything you could think of. The bath/hot tub is amazing and great to unwind after a day of hiking. I couldn’t recommend Marjo’s place or the city of Hämeenlinna more.

COMMUNICATION Juha and Anne took into account everything possible in their communication: from the exact arrival and departure instructions to the visibility and safety recommendations with children. Well thought-out communication. LOCATION The apartment is really close to grocery stores and main roads. Private parking space and a sunny end apartment throughout the house. HOME This apartment is the cleanest and best equipped than any apartment hotel or Airbnb apartment I have visited: whether you want to cook, enjoy a lovely bath or play with the kids in the sandbox - everything has been thought of! Three bedrooms with comfortable beds on one side of the apartment, a large living room and a kitchen on the other side, and a glazed balcony allow for different schedules and needs of a larger group. A very warm recommendation for this accommodation - worth every euro and more 🤍

We had a comfortable 3 night stay and loved the hot tub in particular. The flat is very well located for transport and shopping and we hope to stay here again. Accessibility: my son uses a pediatric wheelchair so larger devices may have a different experience. There is a ramp to the main entrance of the building and then you can walk over to the <B> elevator to get to the flat. The entrance might be narrow for wider chairs. There is no barrier/step into the main bathroom and no steps in the flat.
