Dear Guest It awaits you a modern, partly renovated, ready-furnished 1.5 room space (approx. 35m2) + secondary storage room in the top floor of a 3-story property with a dedicated stairway (if you are not comfortable with stairs: there is no elevator ;-). The property is beautifully situated on a slope, embedded by green nature. The space radiates a dreamy Scandinavian lightness. The roof-slope adds spaciousness & air to the atmosphere. Unsere gemütliche und private Ferienwohnung liegt idyllisch am Dorfrand und bietet atemberaubende Ausblicke auf die umliegenden Berge. Die Bushaltestelle mit Verbindungen zu den Skipisten von Flims/Laax in die eine und nach Chur in die andere Richtung, ist nur 2 bis 5 Gehminuten von der Wohnung entfernt. Die Wohnung ist modern, komfortabel und gemütlich eingerichtet, mit viel Holz, grossen Fenstern und natürlichen Materialien, die eine warme und einladende Atmosphäre schaffen.

"Rifugio" Loft im alpine chic, ski in, ski out

Entspanne dich in diesem einmaligen Rifugio. Im Jahre 2020 total sanierte 2 1/2- Zimmerwohnung, deren Interior Design komplett neu gestaltet wurde. Als Loft mit edelsten Materialien (Valser Granit, Schlossparkett, viel Altholz, freistehende Wanne, Eisenkamin auf zwei Seiten geöffnet, Designarmaturen) ausgebaut. Mit geschütztem Gartensitzplatz und Garten. Sonnige, ruhige Lage. Eigener Hauseingang, Sauna im Nebengebäude. Ski in, ski out oder Skibus in drei Minuten erreichbar.

Dating back to 1470, this wonderful chalet has so much charm and character. In 'Casa Felice' you will find quiet and calm. The apartment has all the modern amenities you wish for and breathtaking views of the Signina mountain range to enjoy. There is a fully equipped kitchen with dining and a stone fireplace. An ensuite bedroom and a separate bedroom / living area. There is parking in the underground garage and easy access to the village. Close to shops and the bus stop.

The Mountains are Calling Retreat

Come and enjoy the fresh Swiss mountain air. Our well equipped, self contained apartment is a great place to spend some time away in either Summer or Winter. Our place is just a 2 minute drive to Oberterzen to catch the cable car up to Flumserberg for a great day of skiing, mountain biking or hiking. We are also only a 3 minute drive to Unterterzen to spend a beautiful summers day at the Walensee.

Studio with fantastic views

We offer you a cozy studio in the countryside, in a quiet neighborhood on the slope with fantastic views of the oldest city in Switzerland. It is a 15-20 minute walk from the train station to our house. With large suitcases, I recommend taking a taxi (CHF 15.00). Our house is located on a slope. It goes uphill quite a bit and has many stairs. From the house it's a 5-minute walk to the old town.

Very nice attic apartment

This unique place has a style all its own. It is new, well equipped with dishwasher, washing machine and a large balcony. Well located for skiing, some ski resorts can be reached in a short time. The bedroom has a box spring bed 180/200 cm for 2 people. For another 2 people, there is a sofa bed in the living room, so it would also be possible to book the loft with 4 people.

Stylish apartment!

Make some memories at this family-friendly place! Parking right in front of the apartment. The large lawn invites you to linger high above Lake Walen and enjoy the unique view of the Churfirsten. The middle station of the Flumserberg cable car is only 800 meters away and is within walking distance. The kitchen also has a Nespresso machine, microwave and dishwasher.

Cozy, quiet 3.5 room apartment with unique views in the middle of nature. The apartment is located in a beautiful house outside of Pany. Here you can relax in absolute tranquility in the mountains and really unwind. The apartment has two separate bedrooms and is therefore ideal for families. Wi-Fi is available and thus also home office from the mountains possible.
