In the basement of our two-family house you have a comfortable, very modern furnished and with 62 sqm, spacious non-smoking apartment, which can accommodate 4 people. You have acess to the courtyard, with garden furniture and barbecue.

The income from the rental finances the maintenance, which then also allows particularly stressed people in a financial emergency to spend a free vacation there. The vacation home is located in the middle of the Thuringian Forest. Behind the house, if you cross the stream that belongs to the property, you are already in the middle of the forest. Many hiking trails can be walked and the Rennsteig is not too far away.

The cottage is located in the climatic health resort of Finsterbergen directly on the edge of the forest in a small bungalow settlement. Because of its location it provides an ideal starting point for hikes (Rennsteig). The leisure pool with mini golf and volleyball and a tennis court are about 200 m away.

The small apartment is located in Gräfenhain, a quiet district of Ohrdruf. It has been completely renovated in recent years. On 35 square meters there is a combined living and sleeping area, a separate kitchen with mini kitchen + fridge, as well as a bathroom with shower. Situated directly on the edge of the forest, it offers the ideal starting point for hiking and cycling - surrounded by greenery.
