Melissa is very friendly and is in communication for any inconvenience. My stay was pleasant, especially because the house has everything you need to make yourself at home. There is a square across the street where you can eat or go to the supermarket, which makes it very accessible.

The place has a very good location, everything was quite close (by car), communication was clear and at all times we felt very comfortable, highly recommended.

The stay with Roman was positive, showed empathy, the space agrees with the photographs, in particular I value the fact that it is a pet-friendly accommodation.

Magnificent apartment! With wonderful views of the beach from its own furnished terrace. I went with a family from 2 to 70 years old and the place was perfect to meet all our needs, both for mobility (chip to enter and exit by car as a resident, ramps for wheelchairs, elevators and carts to carry the luggage) and for the stay (an interior design with the perfect balance between good taste and the practicality of having just what is needed so that the little ones do not break anything with their games, spacious and flat spaces to move around in a wheelchair, well-equipped kitchen and laundry for everyday use). Neus is a very friendly and understanding person who knew how to listen, from the day we made the reservation, to the needs that arose and always had a proposal to overcome any issue; my family and I are very grateful and we would love to enjoy this apartment again, the pool, the easy access to the beach and the palapa.

An excellent stay, the apartment is really good: beds, pillows, bathrooms, kitchen, living room, dining room, TVs, and the terrace, everything is in perfect condition, very clean and with all the necessary amenities. Like the complex's facilities, the pool and common areas are 100%. The beach is clean and the shared atmosphere in general is very pleasant. In the facilities there is an area to make grilled meat next to the pool, for those who like the grill it is super comfortable. Suggestions: go on the first day to stock up on everything, because it is somewhat far from the places to buy, and at night the Uber Eats services do not arrive, so it is best to have everything beforehand. If you want to go out to eat, there are good seafood restaurants in Playa Tesoro and of course also in Tampico. Regarding Bernabe's hospitality, he was very attentive upon arrival and during the stay. Without hesitation, we would stay again on another vacation, 100% recommended
