Ground floor apartment, 140 m2 in the condominium Reserva dos Carneiros, located on the seafront in the best stretch of the beach (next to the church). The flat has a large terrace, with an 8-seat table and barbecue grill, facing a pleasant heated pool and is 300 meters from the beach. There are 3 bedrooms (2 en-suites and one bedroom + employee apartment). All furnished (air-cond. in the bedrooms and living room, beer maker, coffee maker, barbecue, etc.) Cozy, safe, wooded, high-end apartment. Cond. with fitness center, court, park and playroom. Lovely place!

Beautiful View - Carneiros Eco Resort

The Flat is located at Eco Resort Praia dos Carneiros, on the seafront, next to the famous little church. It has 2 bedrooms and an area of 65m. It has a suite with a queen size bed and a reversible suite with a standard double bed and an auxiliary bed. In the living room, there is a sofa bed, which, when opened, is the size of a queen size bed. It has a balcony with a glass curtain. The Flat is in the Colina sector, Tower 5, which, being the highest in the Eco Resort, has the best view of the beach, river and coconut trees.
