The apartment is sensational! The second time we've rented. I recommend too much for those who are elderly. Everything in the apartment is functional. Including, Alessandra is so helpful and cordial that she was kind enough to take the rug out of the room so my dad wouldn't fall. I have no words to thank for all the affection always present in your dialogue. Eternal Gratitude. 🥰 We will come back countless times!!!

Great location and structure. I had an issue with the bathroom and I was told that someone would solve it but no one showed up. I think it was something on time. But it was left without the resolution indicated. I recommend for families to enjoy with comfort and tranquility

Flat Maui Beach Premium Beira Mar!

The stay was spectacular. Flat is great. It has everything you need in terms of furniture and equipment. The space is just like in the pictures. The property is very well positioned in the condominium, practically facing the sea, in addition to having a private garage near the elevator and stairs. The home was well prepared for hosting. We feel very welcome. Everything was very clean and organized. The Condominium is great! Well-maintained environment, multiple leisure options, and seaside location. The staff are attentive and very friendly. The Flat is in a privileged region of Tamandaré: sea of warm waters and wonderful beach. The Host was very considerate and available. You sent objective information in the pre-stay period and during our stay. In addition, he passed along great tips about the region, with good restaurant guidelines and other services. Anyway, the stay was amazing! We look forward to returning in the future.

Spacious flat in Carneiros | 400 meters from Igrejinha

We very much like the location, the condominium and the apartment. The host was very attentive and always responds quickly. The apartment is clean, organized and well air-conditioned even in the living room. The condominium is beautiful has a very good leisure area. Unfortunately, we were not told that it was just a parking space and we went in two cars so we had to leave one on the edge of the runway outside the condo, but the vigilantes acted in good faith and kept an eye on him. And the ap is not by the sea either. It is in the first building of the condominium until it reaches the beach on the other side of the condominium is about 500m or more and you can't see the sea until you get there. But overall it's really good

I fell in love with this apartment!! It is impeccable, perfect, very complete! And the view?! Ahhh, the view…. It's true paradise! The care of the handwritten note, with Easter eggs, coffees and snacks, is something simple, but that demonstrates the concern to welcome! The condominium is super organized, with a huge and beautiful pool. The convenience of having an umbrella and chair available on the beach is very good! A useful tip is: if you intend to get around, it is better to rent a car. Uber works poorly and the places are not close enough to walk.

A well-lit outdoor area is seen at night, featuring a small pool surrounded by vibrant greenery. The inviting yellow walls of the house are complemented by arched entrances, and a hammock is visible near the pool, creating a cozy atmosphere.

I want to leave here my feedback about my stay at Tatiana's place, home super cozy , there was everything in the house, very close to the beach, cozy space, Tatiana always requests and kind, she still gave us another room . The very polite housekeeper, always ready to help us. Everyone loved it and wanted to come back.

The apartment is designed with a lot of warmth and love from a family. If you travel with kids it's to arrive and make yourself at home. The children's room has a night lamp, toys, books, beach toys and a distribution of the Camas that make it very cozy. The rooms are very well distributed, you can be on the balcony looking at the sea, another person can be in the living room listening to music or watching TV, two other people may be sitting at the dining table, and in addition you still have the upper floor with the two rooms. You have two full bathrooms. It really has it all. The views of the apartment, the amenities of the condominium, the paradisiaca beach in front of it are everything. The price seemed excellent and the services and details within the apartment make the stay very pleasant. We'll definitely be back!!

Our stay at Patrícia's (Hostess) flat was fantastic! Everything was pristine clean and well equipped with everything we needed. Very cozy place. The condominium offers activities for children in addition to being right on the sand. It also offers chairs, a sunshade and a small table. Making everything more comfortable and pleasant. Patrícia was always available and very helpful at all times. He left tips for good restaurants that deliver. Which made it very easy. We intend to go back again and again. Our experience was great.

Vila Mendes

The stay at Maria Do Socorro's house was very good, the house is amazing, just like it is presented in the photos. The communication with her and her daughter Patrícia was also very good. The Caster Antônio and his wife were always on standby. The House is right next to one of the beaches of São José da Corona Grande , and 25 min from the beaches of Maragogi. we'll come back again and again.

Wonderful House Right on the Sand 2-Sea Shore

I traveled with the family. It was very quiet, the house has everything, super quiet place, my youngest son loved it for the children's area he has. Claudia is always very attentive. I intend to return with the family again.
