Vacation rentals in Tam Dao

Hanoi was our first destination in Vietnam and we are glad that we booked our stay here with Hoai Anh’s place at the Pent Studio apartments. Our co-host Mr. Elite was extremely helpful right from the beginning and he helped us out to book our taxi from Hanoi airport too. We wanted to rent a motorbike and he even arranged for a person to connect with us for that. The place was fabulous, just like shown in the pictures, cozy and very welcoming indeed. A huge shout out to the hosts, we enjoyed our stay thoroughly, thank you ❤️ Hope to visit back soon.

I spent four months in this apartment, which is a long time, so my review is primarily intended for long-term stays. 5/5 for the Airbnb itself and the communication. If something wasn’t as expected, it was fixed immediately (e.g., there was an issue with the washing machine, and it was repaired quickly). Plus, I really appreciated the included cleaning service, which was done once per week. 4/5 for the building itself (I’m not giving it 5/5 due to the noise you can hear from everywhere—primarily from the neighbors in my case). 0/5 for the male receptionist who tried to scam me multiple times :)) 5/5 for the location—I believe it’s the best for long-term stays. I loved it. 5/5 overall because I felt safe, and the location was great for me. Plus, communication with the host (in my case, Tran) was always smooth, with no issues. The biggest downsides for me were the noise and the reception.

My wife and I had a very pleasant stay here for 8 nights. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable, and it is very well equipped. The availability of the washing machine and dryer, as well as the extra toilet on the first floor, is a bonus. The host is extremely responsive, flexible, and accommodating. It would have been perfect if the AC on the second floor had been stronger; otherwise, it was a great experience overall.

The apartment was just what we were looking for! Very modern and clean had all the amenities we needed (washing machine, dryer, Netflix) was also very spacious. The owner was very helpful with quick responses as we booked very late and extended our stay. Thankyou.

The apartment is beautiful, very clean and just like the picture. The building is near Lotte West Lake. The host is friendly and attentive. She guided me to the supermarket and gym nearby. I will come back again.
