Waterfront vacation rentals in Talgar District

A great apartment in a newer, modern building. 2 minute drive from the bus station. Not a far walk to subway either. We really enjoyed staying here — clean, well equipped, cozy, and friendly host. Would happily stay again!

I had an excellent stay at Adi’s place! The house was exactly as shown in the images and was very clean and well-maintained. Adi was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout our stay, always just a Whats-App message away. The instructions for self check-in were clear and made the process seamless. He went above and beyond by allowing us to check in early and even accommodating a late check-out request without hesitation, which was a huge help as our flight was late at night. His kindness and flexibility truly made our trip stress-free. Highly recommend staying here!

Great place, with great views, very quite to do some work., a nice walk to presidential park. overall i will definitely stay here again, very comfortable bed and couch, not forgetting a user friendly kitchen.

This apartment is very nice and cozy! My sleeping quality has been improved a lot in the bedroom. Also it receives considerable sunshine, which is very beneficial to human health. There are coffee shops, fruit shops and markets around the building. What’s more impressive is that it’s just on the river side, which leads to parks, universities, circus and restaurants. The owner of the apartment is very responsive and warm-hearted. She always replies me within minutes and very tolerant of my problems

Отличный апартамент. Не очень просторный, но хорошо оборудаванный. Отличное расположение и хорошие хозяева. Рекомендую.

Хорошее расположение апартаментов для тех, кто планирует работать из дома. В 7 минутах ходьбы есть ТЦ с продуктовым магазином, фастфудом и кинотеатром Рашида пришла на заселение, все показала. Помогла оформить регистрацию, да и в целом по всем вопросам оперативно отвечала Единственный минус- это не двухкомнатная квартира я явном виде, а однушка, из которой сделали 2 комнаты. В "спальне" нет окон. Это не мешает в повседневной жизни, но для работы 2 людям стоит учитывать Wifi нормальный, 40 Мбит на загрузку и отдачу. Работать вдвоём довольно комфортно При длительном проживании включена уборка раз в неделю
