Apartment vacation rentals in Talca

Nicolas was a super attentive and patient host with my requirements, the apartment is just as in the photos, comfortable, clean, cozy place. 100% recommended, it has some food establishments nearby, a few blocks from a shopping mall.

I can only say that everything was excellent. The location is very good, close to the Alameda. Easy check-in and with precise instructions, the apartment is just like the photos and description. You can also see that it is a quiet environment, a nice square in front of the apartment, with some shops where you can eat or buy something. Eduardo was proactive in communicating and reporting at all times, the beds were in good condition for a good rest... I don't know, for us a 5-star stay. Thank you very much!!

Andrea and her husband were very kind to us and Sienpre were attentive to help us in what we needed. It is appreciated that the accommodation was tidy and that it would have coffee, tea and sugar available at the time of arrival. Extremely recommended if one goes the path of searching for constitution due to its location.

Comfortable and pleasant place, everything is the same as the photos. Easily accessible to the highway.

We were just passing through Talca with our dog, definitely an excellent central place to spend the night.

The apartment was as described, the location is very good, it is in a very quiet residential area, close to some very nice parks, theater, place to buy provisions and restaurants. To go to the coast or mountain range the exit was expedited. For two or three people highly recommended.

The apartment is in a new building that is well-equipped, clean, organized and has all the utensils needed for cooking. It's quite bright, quiet and temperate. Although it was cold and raining outside, the night in the apartment was warm because it has a panel heater. It's a good neighborhood. Located on the main avenue, but within a private compound. It has parking and a concierge at the entrance. I chose it because it was steps away from the University (you just had to look for the traffic light and cross). It takes 6 minutes. I would definitely pick it again if I have to go back to Talca. Communication with the host was always very cordial.

We were two very comfortable couples, it has everything you need to spend a few days. The apartment is brand new and shiny. The host, Francisco, is very nice and helpful. The location is correct and the best part is the security!
