Luis’ place met my needs. It was a nicely decorated apartment. It was very quiet. The bed was comfortable. I felt safe walking outside. There were restaurants and coffee houses within walking distances. Overall, it was a good choice for me.

It was great for our visit to DC. The metro station is 5 minutes away and is three stops from DC's main spots. It is also just one stop from the airport. It was spacious, and the zone was nice and calm. It wasn't easy to find a place with two rooms and two bathrooms, close to DC and at this price range.

We’re a family of five that stayed here comfortably and enjoyed our stay! The location is perfect for transportation with the metro in and out of D.C. There’s a mall and food court as well as a grocery store within walking distance. The apartment is clean and charming with a parking garage if you’re driving there. Anthony was a great host with quick responses and flexibility with our check in when we arrived an hour earlier than expected. We will be staying here again when we come back to the area!

I had a wonderful time staying at Ismael's place. The area was perfect for a trip to DC. The area the unit is in felt very safe. There were so many restaurants with a great variety of options. It's also a very walkable area. Ismael was a great host. The unit was very clean. There were many available amenities. Cooking was a breeze, especially with the grocery store being just downstairs. Ismael provided clear and easy to follow instructions. Checking in and out was a quick and easy process. I would definitely stay here again the next time I'm in the area. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay at this apartment with our family of 6 (4 kids 2 adults). The building is a short 10 minute walk to the metro and was a great home base for us during our trip to DC. The beds were extremely comfortable, better than many hotels I have stayed in by far! Place was VERY clean. When we first arrived in March it was really hot and the heater was running. I realized that I could not switch to the AC because the building controls the heat or AC settings. We turned off the heat and I opened windows because it was cool outside. I was thinking about buying some fans for circulation but found 4 large fans in the coat closet, which was amazing and just what we needed! We set the fans up and the rest of our stay was very comfortable. There are also space heaters in the closet for very cold nights. Very thoughtfully laid out space and great communicative host. She also provides a guidebook that helps answer questions about the space and amenities.

Olivia's studio was perfect for our quick trip to DC. She was super responsive and made the entire process super easy. The space had everything we needed. The bathtub and the water pressure on the shower were especially great. The studio was close to plenty of places, and within walking distance of the metro. If I am being super picky, I would say that I didn't love the towels, but otherwise everything was amazing. Definitely would stay here again.

Very nice place to stay near Gaylord convention center. Super clean condo. All the essentials are there. Lots to do at the resort as well as nearby walking distance. Having a baby in the group we did quite a bit of laundry. A laundry room was on our floor with two washers and four dryers and free of charge. We barely passed anyone on the seventh floor. We would def stay here again.

We stayed with two adults and two kids and really enjoyed the stay at the apartment. The room is very clean and neat. The host, Oleg, is kind and responsive and tried to address our requests immediately. There is a Whole Foods and CSV in the same building complex, which enabled us to get everything we wanted. I highly recommend the apartment to those who plan to stay in the North Bethesda area.

This was a great place for our large group! The hosts were very helpful and accommodating. The house was everything they said it would be and more! The six eighth grade students we brought with their families were very well accommodated and the house had most of the items we needed to prepare food. The house was overall very clean and welcoming! My daughter and I really enjoyed our stay here at Barb's place which was very quiet and peaceful. It's not too far to walk to restaurants and stores. Her hospitality was very inviting, and we recommend staying here for your future vacation

It was an amazing home. had plenty of space for my family and friends to celebrate my 23 years of Naval Service. They home had baby stuff to support my sisters little ones. We enjoy every second of our stay and highly recommend it. We would definitely stay again.
