Amazing vacation spot! 🏝️ location is great, with a beautiful beach and peaceful environment. Clean spacious house, including a private clean pool made the stay even more enjoyable

We absolutely loved our stay. This house was perfect for our 5 adults and 3 kids. The rooms were big enough for portacots and it had everything we needed for our stay. The outdoor veranda that surrounds the house was the perfect place to stay out of the sun and relax on the comfy outdoor furniture. We absolutely loved the animals that surround the house and the kids loved seeing the neighbours dog Zac every morning. The house was well equipped with towels, bedding, laundry powder, coffee, kitchen appliances and equipment, making our stay so easy! It was the perfect accommodation for our 3 families to spend quality time together. We will definitely be recommending this house to other families and would stay here again in a heart beat.

My family and I loved staying in Joyce home. Her home was very clean it had everything we needed. My 4 kids were very comfortable, all rooms had air condition and she provided a cot and high chair for my baby. Big yard for the kids to stretch their legs with a few friendly visitors passing through the yard my kids loved…dogs , chickens and black cat. Towels and bedsheets were fresh. I would definitely recommend Joyce home to families travelling to Rarotonga who want a clean comfortable space for the children.

Great little short stop stay for us as a family. Close to Muri beach and stores and convenient. We will be back.

It was such a lovely stay, 2 of my friends and I stayed for 4 nights and enjoyed every night. It was like a real life Moana movie with the chickens there. The abundance of fruit in the backyard was amazing! The host were the most accommodating and kind people, everything we needed was available to utilise. If we ever get the chance to return to Rarotonga we would love to stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at Amori Villa. The house is spacious, wonderfully decorated and well situated, with a short drive to a number of wonderful snorkelling beaches, town for groceries and anything else you could want. Our family absolutely loved our time here. Communication from the hosts was excellent and they were always eager to help and point us in the right direction. Thank you for an amazing stay! We hope to be back one day and would love to stay here again!

Had a great stay, everything was as expected.

I structured this review into three sections to provide as much useful information as possible for interested guests: the apartment, the location, and the host. The apartment is absolutely beautiful and located right by the beach. Since it’s elevated, you get an amazing view, and it is incredibly spacious. The kitchen is particularly outstanding—perfect if you enjoy cooking. I also don’t think I’ve ever seen such a large shower before! The location was perfect for us. We wanted to avoid the eastern part of the island since the lagoon's water quality has reportedly declined over the past decades. The northern area is quite busy and also home to the airport, so I think the west and south are the best choices. A few restaurants are nearby, but I highly recommend renting a car to go shopping and generally get around during your stay. Five stars simply isn't enough to capture how charming and secure the location felt. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a delightful assortment of local fruits. While enjoying these treats, we had the opportunity to peruse the provided information booklets. The booklets contained fantastic recommendations for local attractions and dining, and the loyalty cards for various coffee shops were a thoughtful touch. The deck, with its scenic view, was so well-equipped that we could have spent the entire time outdoors. And when we did venture inside, we found everything we could possibly need, including appliances that would please even the most ambitious home chef. The bathroom was spacious, spotless, and equipped with all the amenities one would expect from a luxury bathroom. The bed was very comfortable, and the fold-out couch offered even more space to relax. Maire was the best host we could have hoped for. She was always accommodating and ready to answer any questions we had.

We had a wonderful stay at Carlos' unit-we stayed in the 2 bedroom downstairs.Set on a lush property, with massive garden at the front, large living areas (2 living areas inside) and a front patio and back patio! My 2 kids (9 and 6yrs) played endless games around the property and thoroughly enjoyed the space. We also enjoyed coffees on the front balcony surrounded by trees, birds and ever present chickens and roosters! It was quiet but well placed in the west of the island right next door to Edgewater resort where there are meal options and acitivities we could join. The walk to the beach/lagoon is only few mins, but reef shoes are a must - Carlos has kindly provided these along with snorkels etc.There were countless thoughtful touches, such as DVD's, board games, library of books, CD/AV/USB/phone connections (connectivity was not a problem!) Carlos also respected our privacy but was always around (and welcome) for a friendly chat - he knows his island home extensively.Hope to be back!

We have just returned from spending 10 days at Lynn's place and cannot recommend her Air BnB enough. Lynn was so helpful with all our questions as this was the first time for us to visit Rarotonga. Extremely well priced when we compared other places we could have stayed. The unit is fully self contained and a home away from home. We appreciated so many things, the well equipped kitchen, the fans and air conditioner in the bedroom, the comfortable seating, stainless steel kitchen bench, decent shower, extra containers in the kitchen to put leftovers in, the lovely deck overlooking the garden and the proximity to the beach, shops and airport. While many people choose to stay in a resort, we were thankful we had chosen this lovely home away from home. Thoroughly recommend Lynn's place.

Julie and I would like to thank Lotu from the moment I booked the communication was first rate . The property was perfect for the two of us and was exactly as described and only had to walk out the back door to be on the Lagoon The fruit basket coffee tea even milk in the fridge was appreciated Also a big thankyou to Sala who called in regularly to see if we needed anything We couldnt have been any happier and didnt want to leave after our 4 week stay Once again Thankyou. Amazing accomodation with everything you need, including a beach right at your door step. We loved our stay here and if we are ever back in the Cook Islands would stay here in a heart beat!
