The newly completed air-conditioned apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and all the comforts. Experience the wonderful peace of the stone house and the atmospheric environment. Enjoy the ease of life in this quiet, centrally located place. The apartment is 40.5 m². Just cross the street, and you're at the marketplace, where you can enjoy the leisurely life of the early day and the offerings of the marketplace. You can get local specialties from the market kiosks. There is a grocery store and a post office on the street level of the house. The city's beautiful harbor area is a short walk away, as well as the summer theater and the Fortress.

The terrace overlooks about 4 km from the lake in the direction of the sunset. Separate landscape sauna and glazed atmospheric barbeque hut on the terrace. The cottage is perfect for a couple and very good for a small family. Big deck around the house. Part of the deck glazed. Your own well water is drinkable.

One room apartmet. 1906 Built red brick warehouse building witch has been converted to 3 personnel apartments. Beside of Saimaan, around 600m to city center or Lappeenrannan harbour. Peaceful and green environment. Beach 500m but sun you can take at my green grass back yard at summer time. Big grocery store S-market (open 24/7) is another side of the street and fuel station 100m. We have car shelter and wifi for you.
