Ideally located: 5 min walk to the center (shops, restaurants and cinema) activities and tourist sites (Chocolate Museum, Via-Rhôna, Petit Train de l'Ardèche...). 5 min to the bus station, 12 min to the TER train station, all on foot. The ground floor is composed of a fully equipped 20 m2 living room and a bathroom with a large walk-in shower. Upstairs the 20 m2 bedroom offers a double bed and a single bed. The sofa bed on the ground floor completes the sleeping arrangements. Possibility of parking a car under shelter safely.
