Located in a quiet cul-de-sac with easy parking. Ideally located: 5 min walk to the center (shops, restaurants and cinema) activities and tourist sites (Chocolate Museum, Via-Rhôna, Petit Train de l'Ardèche...). 5 min to the bus station, 12 min to the TER train station, all on foot.
