A little paradise on earth. Set in a beautiful and tiddy garden this little home is a gem. The dock in front of the home is beautiful. Bedding, towels, kitchen is all well stocked and beautifully set up. The family that lives onsite is the mother of Tea the host sincerely the sweetest people. I recommend this heavenly home. Mauruuru to this family for your hospitality.

Mauruuru maitai for your warm welcome at your beautiful Airbnb by the sea. We had a wonderful time with the family, between kayaking and swimming, an unforgettable day for young and old, with ease! La Villa Tautira is a beautiful place! The description is very accurate…where the mountains meet the sea. The property was great for our family of 5 with ample space and great amenities! We loved the covered patio at the house since we were there during rainy season - we bought a couple puzzles and did them while it poured rain! The kitchen had everything we needed. The kids did some boogie boarding at the beach about 8 km from the house- they loved it. It’s definitely remote, but the drive going either route is really beautiful so we didn’t mind…it gives you a great perspective on Tahiti culture and lifestyle. We did a fishing trip on our last day and the neighbor came over and helped cut it into sashimi then gave them the other filet! Ornella is a great communicator and we Really appreciated the early check in and late check out given our flight times!

Ingrid was a very gracious host. She was very responsive and provided local recommendations every day. The property was beautiful and spotless. The bungalow was newly built and comfortable. We really enjoyed the dock out back and the kayaks, plus, the view was amazing. I would love to stay here again!

Amazing spot to stay in Tahiti. The location was outstanding—on the ocean and next to the river. In a quiet part of Tahiti with a local vibe and great access to teahupoo if you’re surfing but don’t want to stay in the teahupoo village. Adrien was very responsive and gave us recommendations— it was helpful to have a local’s advice since this part of the island doesn’t have a ton of info online and is quiet and not touristy. Excellent value for an indoor/outdoor place that is waterfront.

An open-concept living space features a modern kitchen island with stools, leading into a lounge area with a comfortable sofa and a television. Large sliding doors provide views of the lush surroundings and allow natural light to fill the room.

Beautiful house in a beautiful location. We were a bit concerned about being too hot with no AC, but the airflow through the house kept things nice and cool. Host was very responsive and accommodating, which we appreciated!
