I recently had the pleasure of staying here, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The house was immaculately clean but the “kumot” has little smell might not change but its ok., well-maintained, offering a cozy and comfortable environment that made me feel right at home. One of the highlights of our stay was the exceptional service. The host and caretaker was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that all our needs were met promptly. Overall, my stay was a wonderful experience. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay. Whether you’re traveling for business or leisure, this transient house is an excellent choice that offers great value for money. Will be back again. GOOD Job 👍

A recommended place to stay if you would like a place to stay before going to Samal Islands.

Our stay was great! Everything looks exactly like what is in the photos. We also appreciate the gestures of the host by giving us a welcome chocolate 💖 Will go back to stay here especially since it so conveniently close to the airport.

Lovelyn Place was perfect for our family of 7. They also provided an airport pick up for a surcharge which was great. They were very accommodating and communication was great. The place is a little worn as opposed to the picture, but it was still very beautiful and very clean. Would highly recommend.

Seawind Condominium is very quite and good for relaxing place. Me and my friend have an amazing stay into ma'am Flor's unit. The place looks exactly like on the pictures and everything described is absolutely accurate. We have everything we may need for short long stay, including washing machine (which is not very common to see and a very nice touch). There amazing swimming pool, also ferry for Samal island is around 10 mins walk. Can recommend the place and the host with both hands up. Excellent value for the money. I will definitely book again if available on my next visits in Davao.

We had a lovely stay. Princess Diana was super responsive to all my questions, which I really appreciated because communication is so important when booking an Airbnb. I also had a few requests before our stay and she was kind enough to agree to them, which made the experience even smoother. The unit is on the first floor and very accessible. Since we had kids with us, it was so convenient and easy to get around. The unit was clean and, most importantly for me, it smelled fresh since I’m very particular about that. The WiFi was fast and the appliances were all good quality. We even got to relax and enjoy Netflix and Prime Video during our downtime. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely stay again.

The place is private, peaceful and clean.

The place was a lot bigger than what I expected. Most condos in the Phils are small but this place was like a combo of two- one bedroom. The view is nice because you are looking down the large swimmimg pool and the cabana. AC in both bedrooms are great. The arts and furniture are good and matching everything; from dining table, sofa and bed. The only thing that is not to my standard is the cold shower. No hot water. The water is not that really cold but I am so used to a hot shower, so it is cold for me The street market is walking distance only. My stay was great and I highly recommended it.

Great place to stay while waiting for your flight because it's near to the airport.

Our stay was great. The location is very safe and peaceful. Sir Benedikt was always responsive and helped us with our needs. The place is very fresh, airconditioner is not needed because it is cool due to air going in and out of the room. The cats are cute too! Will definitely go back!
