Vacation rentals in Tagoloan River

Second time staying in this place the host was very welcoming. The house was clean and had a great time with family. Only issue I had was that check out on Airbnb said 12pm and the staff came and told us to leave at 11 but I had no issues other then that it was ok .

My stay at April Joy's apartment was good. The apart is in a large development a few minutes walk from downtown malls (SM, Ayala and Gaisano) and transport shuttles to and from airport... Very nice pool and gym which was nice. Apartment is a studio which was OK for a short stay. Very fast Wifi was a bonus. April Joy was very responsive to messages and everything worked as it should.

Madelen was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout my stay. She replied quickly to any questions and made sure everything went smoothly. Highly recommend staying here! I had a great 4-day stay at the house—it was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The location was peaceful, and I truly felt at home.

Nice place to rest in after the days’ activities. We all slept well and Glory was very responsive. Worth the price!

The view of the city from the unit is absolutely spectacular, as it’s located on one of the top floors, ensuring a peaceful night’s sleep away from the noise below. The hosts are not only responsive and kind but also wonderful guides for anyone new to the city, offering great recommendations for must-visit tourist spots. I’ll definitely return to this amazing place when I visit the City of Golden Friendship again!

This location is somewhat difficult to find on Google Maps, and it is recommended to call the provided number prior to arrival. However, overall, we were highly satisfied with our accommodation once we arrived. As a large family of 19 members, I inquired about exceeding the occupancy limit, and Edith responded politely, confirming that it was acceptable. Consequently, I promptly booked the place. It is worth noting that the house is connected to another residence, and we received assistance from Lin Lin, who demonstrated how to navigate the premises.once again my whole family was appreciated your place thank you so much.

Joel and Jarid have been amazing. It's my 2nd stay at their property now. I went there with my family. Jarid went above and beyond for me, even sorting out transportation options to and from the property. Which was a massive help. The property itself is fantastic. When i stayed there a few years ago, there was no pool. Now, there is. The upstairs balcony is also fantastic and a great breath of fresh air. There's no property/Airbnb like this place in Cagayan de Oro. Tonnes of character and a genuinely homely place. Whether you're going with just family like me, or going with a large group of friends, i heavily recommend this Joel/Jarid's place.
