Beautiful apartment with a beautiful view of Lago di Albano. Castel Gandolfo the town is a 10 minute walk away, which is convenient. Good designated parking in front. Valeria was very responsive t noir needs ot questions.

Giuseppe è un ospite gentilissimo e molto disponibile; l'appartamento è completo di tutto quello che può essere necessario e non abbiamo veramente dovuto acquistare nulla: era già tutto a ns. disposizione: dalle bevande nel frigo al necessario per la colazione. L'appartamento si trova in una zona assolutamente centrale, pur restando in una stradina riparata e tranquilla. In definitiva, sicuramente un'ottima scelta come punto d'appoggio per visitare L'Aquila e i suoi dintorni. Se ci capiterà di ripassare, ci fermeremo senz'altro nuovamente da Giuseppe.

We had a wonderful stay, there were three of us and we got to use the sofa that turned into a bed and It was super comfortable, everything was super clean and just like in the pictures there were a lot of things in the apartment that made our stay way easier and comfortable the area was super nice and peaceful a lot of supermarkets around the area it was easy to reach the bus station it’s was around 50 min to get to the main attractions and taking a taxi would be 25 min, during the night it was harder to find a taxi to get back to the apartment so if you get the chance rent a car or bike that would be nice because the place it worth the stay and money

Ho passato 4 giorni a Roma per lavoro, mi sono trovato benissimo l’appartamento era molto bene curato e pulito, la terrazza il punto forte della casa stupenda per aperitivi e cene, Stefania sempre molto gentile per qualasisi mia necessità! Grazie

This Airbnb was a fantastic choice for my group and I when we came to Rome. It is exactly as it looks in the pictures, 3 rooms all with a double bed each. One room has an en-suite. The place was pristine and in excellent condition. The travel links are also excellent, there are two metros nearby around 15 minutes walking distance. The host was very accommodating and a great guy to speak with. He made sure we had everything we needed and would provide anything we required. All in all, this is an excellent choice to stay in Rome when it's available.

The place was in good shape, Dr Antonio and Massimo were responsive and proactive. Few mins walk to big train station and surrounded by minimarts as well. Great stay overall

Overall apartment was very nice. Very clean, stocked and safe for my family. The location of apartment is located in an older neighborhood approximately 30 minutes from Rome. Expect to pay &26-$56 for Taxi/Uber. The restaurants in the area were very good. The cohost was very helpful and attentive to us.

La casa di Simonetta è molto accogliente, pulita e ordinata. Si trova in una zona tranquilla, dove comunque c’è un piccolo centro commerciale e la fermata dell’autobus. Ci siamo trovati molto bene in questo Airbnb ☺️

Pio is a great host and nothing was a problem. The apartment was homely and comfortable and was very private, the balcony and apartment wasn't overlooked by anybody. We enjoyed time in the garden too. The village has a renowned war museum and a couple of cafes and bars as well as a supermarket, all within a few minutes walk.

Such a beautiful place with a kind and responsive host! Alessandro provided us a very quiet spot that was a great place to rest in between busy travels. He also let us store our bags past check out which was super helpful. he was not kidding about having a car being the best for this location, especially if you are looking to get places at certain times. We learned that the hard way instead of listening to his original recommendation 😅 if you are looking for a peaceful place off the beaten path with no strict schedule, this is the perfect spot!

The accommodation was perfect, great location, close to walks, activities, historic sites and shops. There is a lakeside bar a short walk away. Views from the house looking out to Lake Scanno and the mountains are spectacular! Great hosts, very responsive. È stato un piacere stare alla casa di Vincenzo e Tracy! Le due sono molto gentili e la casa e incredibile! La cucina e grandissima e le stanze sono aperte e grandissime. Anche in inverno c'è un forno pellet e è molto bello prendere un caffè nel sole alla terrazza o fare un barbecue abbruzzese. Ci vuole una macchina per fare escursioni e spese (per esempio la città di Atri e gli calanchi sono molto belli!). Grazie di tutto!

Daniela hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und uns direkt einige Tipps gegeben. Sie war auch jederzeit erreichbar. Die Unterkunft liegt etwas außerhalb des Stadtzentrums, dieses ist aber mit der Metro (ca. 15 Minuten Bahnfahrt) gut erreichbar. Die Wohnung war genau wie in der Beschreibung angegeben. Bei warmen Temperaturen ist die Klimaanlage ein echter Pluspunkt. Für uns war es ein schöner Aufenthalt in Rom.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno fantastico in questo appartamento! La posizione era perfetta. Claudio è stato super disponibil. L'appartamento era pulito, accogliente e ben arredato, con tutte le comodità di cui avevamo bisogno. Ci siamo sentiti come a casa! I can’t say enough great things about this incredible Airbnb in Rome! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the modern amenities we needed — including great Wi-Fi and a super comfortable bed. What truly made this place stand out was the location. Just a short walk to the metro and within easy reach of all the iconic sights — the Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, and Vatican City were a quick metro ride away. We loved starting our days with espresso and croissants at a nearby café and ending them by grabbing dinner at one of the many restaurants near the apartment. Michele was incredibly friendly, communicative, and full of local tips that made our stay feel authentic and stress-free. From restaurant recommendations to help navigating the city, he went above and beyond. If you’re visiting Rome and want a place that combines comfort, convenience, and a real local charm, this is it.

Je recommande ce logement car il est spacieux . Les cours extérieures sont relaxantes, les espaces intérieurs sont grands et confortables, il y a deux salles de bain complètes , tout ce qu'il faut pour préparer les repas, bref, tout est parfait !

Esperienza davvero splendida. La casa è accogliente, pulita e ben fornita di tutto il necessario. Lella è un host eccezionale, sempre disponibile e attenta alle esigenze degli ospiti. Ci ha fornito ottime indicazioni per il check-in e si è dimostrata molto premurosa. La posizione è ideale per esplorare Pescasseroli e i suoi dintorni. Has a fantastic time a Guiseppe’s place! He went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect! The accommodation was very comfortable and clean! It was perfect for our family! The location was great for accessing all of the main attractions in Rome and Guiseppe was so helpful in guiding us in the right direction to ensure we had a smooth visit! Everything was great! And we had read other reviews so know what the challenges may be and were prepared for a little noise from the neighbours. But that was no real issue. Just overall a fantastic stay!

Lucia's apartment was beautifully and tastefully done. The place and the linen were spotlessly clean. The kitchen was well equipped. Everything one needed could be found. It was also very close to the train station, very convenient to go to the tourist spots. I would definitely recommend it to others.

Una delle case più belle e confortevoli dove sia mai stato. Posizione invidiabile, perfetta per un weekend in montagna con la famiglia. Tante chicche, dalla game machine ai giochi da tavolo, per passare il tempo e divertirsi. Rapporto qualità-prezzo davvero imbattibile. Aspettiamo di tornarci al più presto. Grazie mille
