Giuseppe è un ospite gentilissimo e molto disponibile; l'appartamento è completo di tutto quello che può essere necessario e non abbiamo veramente dovuto acquistare nulla: era già tutto a ns. disposizione: dalle bevande nel frigo al necessario per la colazione. L'appartamento si trova in una zona assolutamente centrale, pur restando in una stradina riparata e tranquilla. In definitiva, sicuramente un'ottima scelta come punto d'appoggio per visitare L'Aquila e i suoi dintorni. Se ci capiterà di ripassare, ci fermeremo senz'altro nuovamente da Giuseppe.

If you want to experience comfortable and modern accommodations in the heart of a crumbling, centuries-old village in one of the less touristed parts of Italy, then this is a perfect location. The apartment is on the lower level, so there is less natural light, but it is clean and full of modern amenities. It is small but easily accommodated two couples. The apartment is a minute or two walk from the local bar. There are not really any shops or restaurants in the village, but a 15 minute walk to the base of the town, down a street lined with tall cypress trees will bring you to the village bakery which also stocks a few other food items. Ofena was significantly damaged in the 2009 earthquake that devastated the nearby city of L’Aquila, so many of the buildings are damaged and a considerable amount of restoration is underway resulting in some areas being closed off and a fair bit of noisy construction when we were there.

Abbiamo prenotato per una sola notte data la vicinanza alla stazione sciistica di Ovindoli (30 min) ma, anche se per poco, è stato tutto perfetto. Luigi disponibilissimo e gentilissimo, oltre ad averci permesso di arrivare oltre la mezzanotte ci ha fatto trovare un gioiello di casa. Pulita, dotata di ogni comfort, letto comodissimo e colazione pronta per la mattina dopo. Che dire, sembrava di esser a casa propria, torneremo sicuramente se ne avremo necessità.

Pulizia ottima e comodità garantita. Lucia molto gentile, tutto corrispondeva a foto/descrizione. Tutto perfetto!

A causa dello stato influenzale di mia moglie e di mio figlio abbiamo trascorso la maggior parte dei giorni in casa e non sulle piste da sci come avremmo voluto. Tuttavia siamo stati benissimo. L'appartamento è esattamente come descritto, accogliente, tranquillo e pulito. la proprietaria è stata gentile e disponibile. La posizione è strategica se si vuole andare a sciare a Campo Felice o Ovindoli. Consiglio vivamente la location se si vuole passare delle giornate serene e andare a sciare. Rocca di Mezzo è un piccolo paesino che non offre molto altro. Ci sono dei ristoranti - buoni - e qualche negozio, ma in generale sembra di stare fuori dal tempo...

My husband and I stayed at Tenuta Le Valli for three nights and had a magical time. The owner, Ena is a warm and friendly host that welcomed us into her home with joy. The house itself is inviting, cozy, magical, and healing. It is a one-of-a-kind place that is meant for rest, relaxation, contemplation, meditation, and some easy local sightseeing. Ena went out of her way to make us feel at home with little thoughtful touches everywhere. I truly felt her warmth and love - though she's just a stranger! I also fell in love with her three horses, Julio (my favorite), Bongo, and Sunshine. Ena and her daughter were so gracious in allowing me to interact and feed them. I felt like a child in this magical place! Thank you dear Ena and her daughter Matilde for creating this haven for spiritual wanderers.🙏🏻✨💕 We had a lovely peaceful stay. ☺️

Paolo’s place is absolutely beautiful. The views are breathtaking. The home is clean and cozy. We loved our stay with our fur babies. The home had everything you need for a nice stay. Paolo was always responsive, assisted us with everything. We absolutely recommend this place! The views are spectacular! Book it to enjoy the local experiences of Scanno. 🤗🙏

Great pleasure to stay at this B&B, very kind people, tidy apartment and beautiful landscape. They even prepared us a breakfast on their in-a-tree terrace!

La casa è molto bella, caratteristica e spaziosa. Il giardino con bbq è godibile e la casa ha davvero TUTTO quello di cui si può avere bisogno. Noi eravamo 2 famiglie e abbiamo sempre fatto almeno 1 pasto al giorno in casa e abbiamo avuto tutto il necessario. Lavatrice e asciugatrice presenti. Noi siamo andati nella settimana di Pasqua, il paesinio era disabitato, ma la casa si trova nel parco della majella e già da lì partono molti sentieri. Inoltre la posizione non è male perché è a metà strada tra la zona dell'aquila e quella di Pescara. Chiaramente bisogna spostarsi in macchina, ma si raggiungono facilmente davvero tanti posti meravigliosi. Il supermercato più vicino è a circa 15 min, il ristorante a 10. È stata la vacanza che volevamo, per noi è stato bellissimo!

We have spent two fantastic nights in this lovely clean house and enjoyed our stay so much. The views are stunning and the area are wonderful for relaxation with a lot of things to do. Many thanks should go to Mr. Paolo, the owner, who made our stay extremely fantastic with his excellent advices and instructions. You should never leave the area without visiting Forno a legna Orsini ( the best bakery in town) to enjoy the delicious Italian pizza and pastries. Amazing experience

Definitively a beautiful city and staying at Bernardino’s meant a comfortable plus to our visit to Rieti, we will come back with no doubt!

Ho trovato la casa in ottime condizioni. L'alloggio dispone di tutto il necessario ed era molto pulito. Valeria è sempre stata reattiva nei messaggi e mi ha fornito tutto le indicazioni e informazioni necessarie. Consiglio fortemente.

Ambiente confortevole e ben organizzato…ci è sembrato veramente di essere a casa nostra.Host sempre disponibile. L’appartamento si trova in pieno centro, vicino a tutte le attività commerciali. Un’esperienza da ripetere!

Stefano ist besonders freundlich, kommuniziert schnell und klar. Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet mit einem riesigen Schlafzimmer mit einem sehr bequemen Bett und toller weißer Baumwollbettwäsche. Ein zweites Schlafzimmer liegt in der oberen Etage und ist ebenfalls sehr schön. Das gibt zwei Bäder und einen großen Wohnraum mit eingebauten Küche. Alles wunderbar!

We were delayed arriving but Antonio didn't seem to mind. He met us and showed us all around the apartment. The apartment has beautiful views of the snowcapped mountains with easy access to everything you could need. I would 100% recommend this spotless apartment to everyone.

Отличный дом, красивое место. Самое то, если ищешь тишины, спокойствия и уюта. Из минусов: за продуктами надо ехать на поезде (10 минут), на месте ничего не купишь и не погуляешь. Поезда днём ходят примерно каждые 40 минут, вечером 1 раз в час. На этот случай хозяйка предоставляет снеки, кофе, чай, молоко. Это просто супер! И если проехать на поезде, то попадёшь в маленький, уютный и безумно красивый городок, где найдёшь всё, что нужно.

Delizioso appartamentino A Rocca di Mezzo, a 10 minuti dalle piste (nello specifico Campo Felice, ma immagino anche Ovindoli). Ampia disponibilità di parcheggio a pochi passi dall'alloggio, zona molto silenziosa e appartamento caldo. Host chiaro e veloce nelle disposizioni. Raccomando 10/10

We stayed for 1 week in the wonderful house with the antique flare. We fully enjoyed it and will be visiting again. If you are looking for a very comfortable and relaxing place to stay, then I can recommend it. The wonderful garden and the house with a lovely antique furniture and setting are a very special and beautiful. It is just like the pictures ! Also the location is excellent for day trips to Rome, Tivoli and the surrounding villages. Cava is also nice to walk to and enjoy the daily life with little shops and bars. We also visit the local wine production farms. You feel at home away from home and Elisabetta is so nice and helpful with everything. It was a pleasure to stay and looking forward to our next visit;-)

Essere a casa di Giorgio è come essere a casa, ma con la possibilità di una vista mozzafiato e di un camino che scalderebbe tutti i cuori. Giorgio un host impeccabile e super disponibile. Torneremo sicuramente.

Abbiamo trascorso 4 giorni immersi nella tranquillità. L'appartamento di Alessandra ha reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole, ci siamo sentiti come a casa. Posizione perfetta, comoda per iniziare delle bellissime escursioni. La casa è curata, pulita e dotata di ogni comfort, il terrazzino gode di uno splendido panorama ed è stato magico poter usufruire di questo spazio esterno per colazione, pranzi e aperitivi. Alessandra è gentile, disponibile e precisa. Torneremo volentieri!
