We loved our stay! The location is unbeatable—right on Anchor Point, which made surfing super convenient. The rooftop was a highlight, perfect for watching the waves and catching the most incredible sunsets. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything you could need and we slept well at night to the sound of the ocean. Mohamed was a fantastic, responsive host. We’ll definitely be back!

We stayed 9 nights in the house and I must say we could have stayed even longer. We were a family of 8, and the house was spacious to host all of us. The residence is perfectly located to reach different beaches and surf spots within 5-30 min. Even Agadir city is reachable within 40 min. The house is located in a private secure residence, making you feel safe and have privacy, it was also very quiet. I must also highlight the hospitality of Lahoucine, especially the delicious "Amlou" and Tajine he offered us on our arrival, the "Amlou" was so delicious and authentic that we have bought much more to take with us. To summarize, I highly recommend it! I will definitely come back another time.

Hicham est un excellent hôte, il est accueillant, respectueux souriant et très réactif. le logement est bien placé, à la fois centrale et très calme. Spacieux avec plusieurs toilettes idéale pour les famille. Parking juste devant la villa. je recommande !!!

Tout était parfait! Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour dans cette superbe villa! Très grande demeure de charme avec de superbes espaces extérieures et une belle piscine. Nous avons également bcp apprécié les repas (petits déjeuners et dîners) tous fait maison et vraiment succulents! Je recommande à 100%!

We had a lovely stay at the villa, however I wouldnt recommend staying here unless you are willing to hire a car as it’s very far from everything and definitely not within walking distance to the beach. However the House keeper Keltouma was amazing and couldn’t do enough for us, she was what made our trip amazing and the fresh bread every morning was such a nice touch. I would stay here again but only if we hired a car.

Einfach nur wow! Lahcens und Naimas Ferienwohnung ist einzigartig und wunderschön! Die Ferienwohnung besticht durch eine einzigartige Lage direkt am Meer. Alles ist super gut ausgestattet, modern, neu und großzügig geschnitten. Es gibt einen überdachten Stellplatz innerhalb der Anlage und einen super freundlichen Sicherheitsdienst. Das Apartment ist sehr geräumig und hat eine gute Aufteilung. Besonders schön sind die Schlafzimmer mit Meerblick -wir haben jede Nacht mit offenem Fenster geschlafen und den Wellen gelauscht- herrlich!

Asmaa en haar riad zijn een belangrijke plek geworden voor ons in de vakantie. Wij hebben erg veel gehad aan alle service en de mooie plek om te vertoeven. Wat ook nog prachtig is de omgeving en daarbij de mogelijkheden om met transport overal heen te gaan in de buurt. Zo zijn we voornamelijk naar Taghazout geweest wat een zeer aangename plek is met rust en zee. Asmaa ik zal je nooit vergeten en sterker nog echt mijn best doen nog een keer terug te keren. Het was alles dik en dubbel waard. Merci!

Duża wygodna willa zgodna z opisem. Początkowo martwiliśmy się że w pobliżu praktycznie nic nie ma, ale Samira przesłała nam kilkadziesiąt zdjęć z potrawami i powiedziała że może nam coś z tego przygotować - to był nasz najlepszy posiłek w Maroku. Komunikowaliśmy się przez whatsapa a odpowiedzi były błyskawiczne bez żadnych problemów. Polecam ale tylko dla posiadających samochód.

Notre séjour chez Khalid s'est très bien passé. Il a été disponible par msg, a su faciliter notre séjour, toujours joignable si on a besoin de quoi que ce soit et soucieux du confort de ses voyageurs. L'épicerie et la boulangerie sont à côté, le quartier est résidentiel et surveillé, un havre de calme. Le logement est spacieux, propre et offre toutes les commodités (nous étions un couple avec 3 enfants).

Jaoued a été très accueillant et réactif pour nous envoyer des liens pour nos différentes activités... villa privée dans un village ce qui nous permet d'apprécier le calme.. Jaoued est au petit soin pour la moindre question ou le moindre service mais sans être intrusion ce que permet de passer un excellent séjour

Great house in a secure environment and only a short car ride away from great restaurants and surf spots. The nearest beach is also only a 10-15 minute walk from the house and there is a shared tennis court and kids playground within the security complex. The house is much bigger than the pictures would suggest and we had a great time at the big pool. Mostafa was a great host and allowed both early checkin as well as late checkout.
