We had a wonderful stay! The place was spotless, well-equipped, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, making the check-in and check-out process seamless. It’s a perfect spot for a barkada getaway—spacious, comfortable, and convenient. Very nice host! The house is beautiful.

Very peaceful place, great escape from the city and quite nearby to a few hot spring resorts. The surrounding is definitely a few even when the weather’s not so bright. Staff was very helpful and welcoming. Host was kind enough to share their birthday cake and spread the joy. Could tell the owner definitely spare efforts in building this place. Will definitely come back for a second time if visiting Lipa again :)

Reservation: It was a breeze. Ms Raq is very considerate specially that she knew about my in-laws coming with us so she transferred us to a room with 2 beds. Checking-In: Ms Raq greeted us in the reception area, helped us process the check-in and guide us on what to do afterwards. Room: Ms Jackie (comrade of Ms Raq) welcomed us in the condo unit and turned over the keys. The place is located facing the road and nearer the beach and parking. The room has 2 beds with extra foldable bed. Complete kitchen utensils. Pico De Loro Facilities: The beach and pool is great. There's a carousel that you can ride for free and around the place. There are restaurants and recreational area for the guest to enjoy.

This enchanting spot is a true hidden gem!!! The breathtaking view alone is worth the visit, captivating my family and I from the moment we arrived. What made our experience even more memorable was the warmth and kindness of the caretakers. 💖 Their attentiveness and hospitality truly added a layer of comfort and joy to our stay. This place is not just a recommendation but a must-visit! It’s perfect for families looking for a staycation 👌🏽

The place was great, just a bit of sign of wear and tear over the years but still a great place to stay. It was the perfect size for our family and plenty of room for all of us.

Cham’s home was large and comfortable. We were supposed to be 6-7 pax but ended up being 4 only. The attic gets hot in the afternoon even with aircon on, but the basement was pleasingly cool all throughout. The place is clean and well maintained. The location is only a few minutes walk to the Windmills cafe. Cham and Abegail were attentive hosts. We would love to stay here again.

We had a lovely stay at Mae's place. The place was huge! I even remember how a single room can fit a large group easily and comfortably. Will definitely book again if given a chance 🙂

Very nice and relaxing place. It’s very fun that there is a whole separate KTV room as well as a great pool to spend time on. They were pretty strict with the kitchenware but understandable. Overall, the place is a very cozy place for a large group.

The place is absolutely superb! From the moment we arrived, we instantly fell in love with it. It’s perfect for a big family — spacious, thoughtfully designed, and equipped with so many beds that comfortably accommodated all 9 of us. The house itself is very well-maintained, and the architecture is beautifully planned, giving it both charm and functionality. Ms. Jenny was incredibly nice and very responsive, and the caretaker gave us such a warm welcome. On our first day, my mom and sister kept saying how perfect the place would be for family reunions and group overnight stays. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking, which made our stay even more convenient. Although there’s no longer a karaoke machine (due to village rules), we still had an amazing time. The pool is spacious and deep, ideal for swimming and relaxing. Plus, the location is very accessible — close to Ayala Mall, Tagaytay’s main road, and other key spots in the area. Overall, it was such a refreshing stay! ?

Booked this place as our prep area for our wedding day. Cristina was very accomodating in allowing our friends, family and suppliers to come and go as the day progressed. I highly recommend this place. Great for family and friends' outing.

Our stay was ok, the place was nice and clean. The owner and caretaker are also kind. They are responsive to our needs and inquiries!

The airbnb host was very responsive and friendly to all of our inquiries. The staff, Kuya Renante, was also hospitable and kind. The location is great! It was easy navigating here and it’s just near good spots in Tagaytay. Lots of beds for a big family like us. Kitchen was equipped with sufficient items, making it easy to cook and dine. Definitely worth every penny! 💯

Our family had a great stay on Dina's unit. She was a proactive and approachable owner, making everything seamless.

The unit has a nice home-like feeling. There's no excessive clutter, no kitschy signs all over the walls or striving for 'gram photos. It's a simple environment with a small sink and a lower quiet room where a small child could sleep. The loft area had a standard bed for two adults and a floor mattress for one. The aircon had no problems keeping the unit cool. The bathroom was a bit tight but you have what you need and the shower water is heated. Hosts were responsive and straight-forward. We had no trouble using Grab to get to & from (use Mario Mio or its parking lot). And to remind readers, you will not have Internet in the unit unless you bring your own.

Villa L'Amour is a hidden gem. It's very well-kept and spacious property with a luscious garden. Our overall stay was very quiet and peaceful. Perfect reset place outside the city. The host was very nice. She personally welcomed us when we arrived and also made sure our stay was comfortable through constant communication through messaging. She also checked on us before we checked out. The help staff were very helpful and friendly. The location is accessible to convenience stores and a few local eateries. There were a few small local stores right outside the property where you can buy local snacks and drinks. Highly recommended place! Will definitely visit again.
