This is the second time that I stayed in Pablo's apartment and I am increasingly happy to have found this property. just all magical.

Absolutely wonderful stay in this adorable little beach shack purched high up on the hill with the most spectacular views over the bay. Ramon was a terrific host, proactive, helpful, friendly, and hospitable. The place itself is extremely private, with amazing views, a delightful little personal pool, a comfortable bed and pillows, a well stocked kitchen, and a great outdoor bathroom. Internet was strong and never failed, nor did the a.c. keeping the place nice and cool on some scorching hot days. All and all a top notch experience that exceeded my expectations. Would certainly love to return some day.

My family and I loved the place, very clean, quiet, with easy access to the wetlands and the beach. I was very impressed by the excellent security it has, I highly recommend it. And Mrs. Luz, both the owner and the lady who gave us the apartment, is very dear.

A house to completely disconnect, there is no cell phone signal and the Internet had faults but they fixed it quickly. The people who cook and take care of the house make the stay a unique experience. It has a private beach and the house is very nice. Check-in and check-out weren't easy, but they have someone who picks you up and takes you without any problems, so everything was spectacular! My friends and I would come back a thousand times!

We stayed at this apartment for a month, and while the building itself is fantastic—with a great pool, jacuzzis, security, and a prime location close to the beach, shops, and restaurants—the apartment is better suited for short stays (up to 4 days). The main drawbacks were the lack of proper air conditioning (only a weak unit in the bedroom making it hard to cool the living area), an uncomfortable bed, and a poorly equipped kitchen, which only allowed for very basic meal prep. There were also some missing essentials. The balcony had a beautiful mountain view but faced a busy street, making it a bit noicy. The lack of a dining table inside made eating at home inconvenient. While there was an outdoor table on the balcony, the heat, traffic noise, and the dust didn’t make it an appealing dining spot. On the positive side, the host was incredibly kind, always responsive, and genuinely tried to make our stay as pleasant as possible. His hospitality was a highlight of our experience.

Many thanks to Juan for his precise answers. The apartment is charming, it fully matches the published photos, together with my daughter and my wife we agreed that it would be a place we would definitely return to, everything was wonderful.

Manuel was an exceptional host, always making sure we had everything we needed during our stay. The apartment is extremely comfortable, modern and very clean, which made our experience even more enjoyable. We traveled with a baby and were pleasantly surprised to find everything we needed to make sure he was comfortable and safe. In addition, the residential complex is amazing, with all the amenities one could wish for. We would definitely come back and recommend it 100%.

Very nice apartment and well furnished. Good location and above all with a 1A social areas, large, spacious and well maintained. The security of the complex is excellent, there are always guards in all the transit areas and people ready to help with any information. The system for using the communal amenities is ideal with a reservation, there is order and clarity with the rules of coexistence and use of the shared areas. It has private parking, in case you bring a car, and a nice touch is that at the reception you always have wine and water for the guests, and also in our particular case, we had to use the coworking area for a work issue during those days and it was very appropriate and comfortable. If you like to watch the sunset, you have a spectacular view from the balcony to watch the sea in all its splendor.

Great place and experience.

The house is spacious, clean and nice. The beach is just a few steps away. The condominium and service are very good. They clean the pool daily and set up a tent on the condominium's beach. It's the most private space on the beach. The cook was very helpful and noble, very good cuisine. Home deliveries are coming. A place with all the comforts.

We'll be back. A beautiful apartment, comfortable, clean. We really enjoyed it. I recommend it to anyone who wants to stay in the Rodadero near the sea and with every comfort available. Thanks Marjorie!

The place is beautiful and very comfortable, conveniently located near stores and restaurants. The building offers multiple pools and plenty of entertainment options—honestly, you won’t want to leave! The hosts were also incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

A very peaceful place with a private beach, possibly the quietest spot in the area. Evenil and his family helped us a lot, from getting fresh fish to arranging local transportation. Highly recommended!

It’s been the Best stay my family and I have had. I fell in love with every single detail of our stay. The HOST Marta, received us at the door with a warm welcome, she was in contact at all times making sure we were having all we needed and we were having a great stay. ANA was recommended by the host to help us with the cooking and cleaning and she was AWESOME, she was a very sweet lady, easy going and helped us with no complaint,our stay wouldn’t have been the same without her. The HOUSE breath taking views, private , easy access, little active kids friendly , spacious better than described all you need to have the dreamed vacation is there. Right in front of the beach, the pool and close to the markets. I LoVed our stay and was very sad to leave. Thank you Marta and Ana we had the Best time.

The stay in Santiago's apartment was nice, the place is very peaceful and the nature is very relaxing. The beach is in front on the place and the tents are very helpful to enjoy the breeze and the sea. The decoration inside the apartment is really beautiful and Santiago is always responsive.

We spent a month in Juan Camilo's apartment. Very nice vacation with the beach in front of the building. Juan Camilo is very diligent and quick to solve any inconvenience. I recommend it 100%

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful Airbnb! The home was spotless, and you could tell the host takes great pride in maintaining it. Edward was incredibly attentive and thought of every little detail, making sure we had everything we could possibly need. Our experience was flawless, and to top it all off, the sunset from the private beach was breathtaking. This place truly made our family getaway perfect. Highly recommend!

Luis' apartment is very nice, 😃 its facilities are the same as in the photo, everything is very clean, super recommended 100% Luis and Lina are very kind and flexible with check-in since we arrived a little before the time and they allowed us to check in, its pools, jacuzzi are wonderful, the beach is very quiet, there are no vendors harassing visitors, supermarkets and restaurants are very close, it should be noted that the apartment has everything you need to spend good weeks, the washing machine is the best, super 🤗 recommended!!!
