I recently had the pleasure of staying at a beautiful Airbnb villa hosted by Mr. Seif, and I can confidently say it was one of the most memorable stays I’ve ever had. From start to finish, the experience was seamless, luxurious, and incredibly relaxing. The villa itself is a masterpiece — spacious, elegant, and immaculately clean. Every corner felt thoughtfully designed, combining modern comfort with a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The real centerpiece, however, was the private pool. Sparkling clean and perfectly situated, it offered the perfect escape from the world. Whether soaking up the sun during the day or enjoying a peaceful night swim under the stars, the pool was simply magical. Mr. Seif deserves special recognition. His hospitality was second to none. He was always available when needed, incredibly responsive, and went out of his way to ensure our comfort. It’s rare to meet a host who is so genuinely invested in his guests’ experience. Thanks to him, everything was smooth.

We had an amazing stay at this property! The place was incredibly clean and modern, with everything in perfect condition. We especially enjoyed the pool, which was a great addition to our relaxing stay. The neighborhood was quiet, making it the perfect getaway. Our host, Jayda, was a wonderful person and very cooperative, making our stay even more enjoyable. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed the place. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

l'appartement était très beau, avec une vue a couper le souffle. Il etait propre, bien décoré, confortable, assez calme , nous avons très bien dormi. Communication facile, depart flexible.

الشقه نفس الصور ونظيفه جدا جدا جدا يتوافر فيها كل الكماليات وكل تفاصيل الشقه ممتازه وتسد احتياجات الساكن جميع الغرف والصاله تطل على البحر لدرجه انك لاتود الخروج من المكان المنطقه تتوافر فيها جميع الاحتياجات والسوق قريب جدا من الشقه المواصلات جدا سهلا سواء مواصلات او تاكسي فالمواصلات العامه تقف امام اسكن مباشر الاستاذ عمر في قمه الاخلاق والذوق هو بنفسه استقبلنا وكان مرحب في اي استفسار باي وقت ويحل اي مشاكل اواستفسارات بتفس اللحظه لقد قام بتوصلينا مرتين لمحطه القطار في سيدي جابر بكل ترحاب فعلا انصح بالسكن من احلى التجارب لي في السكن شكرا استاذ عمر

As a local who went to Alexandria to unwind, I couldn’t have asked for a better place. It felt like I am visiting a my parent’s old apartment. The place was comfortable, cozy, very well maintained and amazingly clean. I normally treat the place like it’s my own, but this one felt right at home and Yasmen felt like an old friend. I spent the night in the balcony reading my favorite children’s book “the gruffalo”. I wish I had stayed longer and I truly wish more hosts treat their place and the guests like Yasmen did with me. The location is great, right in the middle of everything, but still far from the noise. I had enough privacy but I was not isolated from the city. I took a few mins walk to Rubino’s where I had authentic Italian pizza and a wonderful Burrata salad. It was a mesmerizing evening. Definitely the place is a great value for money and hassle free. Highly recommended!

Lovely stay! Cleanliness is my top priority and Abe’s house manager(s) ensured the home was spotless. It has all amenities you could need, the doormen/security are lovely people, and Abe & his house managers are highly responsive and there for anything you need. The area is super walkable, including less than a ten minute walk to the shore, where there are tons of restaurants, shopping malls, grocery stores, pharmacies, etc! Dog owners: My dog is trained to only go potty on grass so it was quite difficult for him to comfortably go outside because there’s no grass around. We had to walk for a few mins at a time until he felt comfortable to go. Still a five star rating because my dog was safe & comfortable in the home and this only applies to a select few people :) Huge thanks to Abe and his crew for warmly hosting us!

The location is great, check in went smoothly and once we got into the apartment we felt really at home. It is cozy and warm and has all the essentials, it matches what is shown in the listing. It only needs some renovations to be perfect. Nancy and her family are really nice, honest, and very responsive. We highly recommend it to everyone who wants to have a peaceful and comfortable stay in Alexandria.

excellent accomodation in Alexandria, very close to the beautiful white beach. it s quite noisy and busy in Egypt in general but this aparts are located in quite and green district. interior is great, VERY cozy place with all needed things inside. and our host is extremely friendly, helpful and even helped us to order super tasty food delivery. highly recommend this place

This was one of the best places we stayed in. The location was perfect with breathtaking views of the sea. Very peaceful and tranquil. We felt at home when we got in the house. If you want to visit Alexandria, look no more. You found the perfect place and host. The host, Karim was simply put, second to non! He responsive and courteous. We are definitely coming back to this beautiful place and wonderful host.!
