I absolutely loved my time here! The place is set in a beautiful, spacious old Colombian building full of charm and character. Every corner has its own story, with antique touches that make the atmosphere feel cozy, authentic, and incredibly special. The views are simply breathtaking — I found myself constantly stopping just to take it all in. Whether you’re relaxing indoors or stepping out onto the balcony, there’s a sense of peace and beauty that surrounds you. I truly wish I could have stayed longer.

The apartment is compact and modern and is in a very central location, close to public transportation, restaurants, shops, and clubs. The view from the fifth floor window is directly to the parking lot of the building opposite. As for the entry of guests and friends, a procedure had to be followed that required sending George a photocopy of the ID for each person entering the building, which I found a little tedious, although I did not need it because I preferred to meet them outside due to the preoccupation. George left a good impression on me as a positive and available person, although we did not meet face to face. Overall, it felt like the price was fair in relation to the value.

We enjoyed our stay in the Balcones de Jasmin building. It was a very cozy, small penthouse apartment with a nice balcony that overlooks the city. Convenient location for nightlife, restaurants and shopping. Laura was very attentive and I’d recommend the apartment for couplew and solo travelers.

Everything is perfect, the place is very comfortable, it has everything you need, a well-equipped kitchen and the location is very central.

We truly enjoyed our time at the apartment. Having 3 bathrooms was so awesome to speed up getting ready. The location is perfect. Unicentro is just a quick walk and lots to do around in the same vicinity. The recommended transportation, really worked out for transfers to and from the airport with a trusted person. We really appreciated the goodies that were available to us upon arrival, especially since my husband came down sick. This is a great safe place to stay!

The house was exceeded all my expectations. It's beautiful, perfect for families and children. Hernis and Yamile, who took care of us, were the best: always helpful, attentive and some excellent people. Also, Yamile cuisine delicious. It's a house you won't want to go out in, so if they go, get ready with the whole market because, on seeing it, they sure won't want to leave. I would come back a thousand times. The only thing to improve is that they should correct the location they send in the reservation confirmation email as it took us to a totally different place and that wasted a lot of time. But other than that, everything was great.

Mr. Ruben and his wife were very kind, they provided us with everything and were clear with the instructions. We had a flexible check-in and check-out. The place is beautiful, it's the same as in the photos, it's quiet, there's space for several cars, a bbq and the house is beautiful. I was with my group of friends and everything was 10/10

Ideal for disconnecting. The estate is ideal for who to look away completely from the surroundings and enjoy the silence, the singing of the birds and the blowing of the trees. It's in a farm area, around huge potato and strawberry crops. For hiking lovers there are very good routes to walk nearby. Important that if they want to stay here keep in mind that they must carry everything to cook if that is their plan. The village is about 15 minutes by car but if you want something for example at night it is best to have brought your own inputs. The estate also no phone signal but the WiFi is perfect, just to be connected for what is required. The house is cozy and set in a traditional style of the old cattle ranching haciendas of the Altiplano. If they want to get away from the world by Complex their place is this.

A very peaceful place away from the hustle and bustle in a safe walking neighborhood. Quite restaurants, parks and amenities nearby. Doña María at the reception is very friendly and always willing to give recommendations :) Juan is always attentive. I would come back without hesitation at some point to return to Bogotá.

The apartment is spacious and has a beautiful view. Julio's service was great! It is well located and in a safe area. With 24-hour doorman. There is a toilet, in addition to the bathroom, with liquid soap in both. Details that are not very good: there is no sofa in the living room, the shower has a curtain, all the plates, glasses, cups in the kitchen are plastic, there is no salt, there is no hair dryer, there is noise in the street and on weekends there is music all night. I would stay again on weekdays!

We loved our experience at this place. Everything was very clean, organized, and well-equipped, with a cozy decor that made us feel right at home. The beds were comfortable, the atmosphere was peaceful, and you could tell that great care was put into every detail. The location is ideal: close enough to everything, yet in a very quiet area perfect for resting. On top of that, the host was very attentive and always available to help us with any questions or recommendations. It was a comfortable, safe, and pleasant stay.
