This 1-bedroom apartment is located on the first floor in Viljandi Old Town, 5 minutes' walk from Lake Viljandi. The nearest shop is 400 meters away. Viljandi Castle Ruins are a 10-minute walk away. There are 4 apartments in the house and you have to take the neighbors into account. Behind the house there is a garden, a barbecue corner and a rest corner that is shared. The apartment can accommodate 2 guests. Parking is not possible in the yard, the nearest option is “Mäe” street (150m from the house) or Viljandi Lake parking lot (250m). The apartment is located on the street.

The house is freshly renovated and has central heating and modern ventilation but still with old details that are characteristic to Viljandi and adds a historic flutter and a little adventure.

This property and the garden area surrounding the house is for your private use. There is another house on the property that we sometimes use.
