Vacation rentals with a patio in Syvota

Super cute place, beautiful view, everything was clean and nice welcome from the family! A little difficult to find the place but the host responded quickly:)

We had a really great stay at Dimitra Houses! The apartment offered everything we needed + more, George was very helpful when we had any questions. Great and super friendly host. :) We especially loved that it's so close to the water. Having a morning coffee on the balcony, watching the waves, a dream :)

What a wonderful property. So many thoughtful touches and a lovely, hospitable host. We immediately felt right at home and was the perfect place to stay for a short trip to Corfu. Effy also gifted us with some little treats to take home and gave a brilliant recommendation for food on the last night after letting us stay by the pool before our late flight home. Thank you for the fabulous experience :) will be back for that Moussaka soon!

We loved our stay in Sarandë and the apartment was clean, very well located with loads of nice restaurants and cafes around. The sunset from the balcony was amazing.

It was a very beautiful place. Best if you have a car to see the whole island. The apartment is very clean and the mini market 5min by foot away. The beach is amazing, the water is crystal clear and the beach also.

The apartment felt super new and renovated with a great view over the ocean. The bed was one of the most comfortable airbnb beds I’ve ever had, and same with the pillow… So I slept like a baby. The host was very helpful and replied very fast - a lamp broke and he came in and fixed it straight away, even went and bought a new one (not the light bulb, but the actual lamp lol). Super happy with the cozy home, friendly host and neighbors. Definitely recommend this place.

Daniel and Anna are really good hosts and communication was great, easy and fast! I can only highly recommend the appartment when staying in Sarande! Very clean, modern, very comfortable beds, nice views, quiet and easy parking in front of the house! We would come back again :)

Me and my girlfriend stayed here for four nights while working remotely in Corfu after a long weekend with friends. It was perfect. The WiFi was really reliable and worked fine for video calls etc. It’s surprisingly large with two floors and two balconies with tables/chairs, a desk and large kitchen table, so plenty of workspace. Wonderful location near Mon Repos park (3 min walk to the entrance. 10minute walk to a beautiful secluded beach/swimming spot). 15min walk to a stretch of lovely coastline with great non-touristy restaurants. Thanks for a great stay!

This place is so wonderful that I have been visiting for the fourth year in a row. The host, Κωνσταντίνος is very kind helpful and accommodating. The rooms are spacious and cool. Everywhere is very clean and cozy. The beds are soft and comfortable, and the kitchen has everything you need. In the yard you may park your vehicle, which is very convenient. The place has a very good location. There is a lovely beach nearby and a few miles away is the beautiful town of Parga. Highly recommend you this accommodation, you will have a wonderful vacation. As of now, I dream of my next coming next year.

Perfect private villa for 2 really close to Gaios - we loved it!

Beautiful studio apartment in a lovely location close to fishing village. Well kitted out with washing and cooking facilities. Nicely stocked fridge for our stay. We also experienced the food from the local bakery. There is no pool for the studio apartment (sleeps 3) and if you do want to go on any excursions a car is really needed. Thank you for a lovely stay.

The only thing that was a shame is that we didn't stay with Annika longer. We were received super friendly and helpful. For our 1-year-old daughter, Annika had prepared extra toys and prepared the bed so we can sleep safely together. She gave us great recommendations for the area so we had a great time there. Thank you Annika :)

It was a great stay, we always prefer Airbnb on our travels abroad, but I have never seen bed linen and towels changed in any of them. We spent 7 days in a peaceful and private house surrounded by olive and lemon trees. Dionysia responded to every question we asked in a short time, gave local advice, and we even bought olive oil from her mother. I recommend it, it was nice:) On the second day, they served fresh eggs, and they stayed in constant communication until the last day and asked us to let them know if there was a problem. I'll come to Paxos again and my place is Nafsika's cottage ❤️

This property is a GEM. 40 mins from the airport. We were blown away with this property. Very high spec throughout, super clean, fabulous crisp linen and towels and all the white goods you could ask for!!! This property is not overlooked. Fully functioning air conditioning. Both rooms have fab modern facilties, very clean shower rooms with some personal touches. The pool area has ample sunbeds, 2 large umbrellas, remote awning for outside table area. There is a barbeque on the property. The property has a view to die for which you can never tire of. The pool is just the best, very clean and lit up at night. There was no real need to go any where else to be truthful!! The host Nataliya was a SUPER host. Answered all our questions super fast and nothing was too much bother. Thank you so much. There was a good number of very good restaurants within walking distance of the villa. All in all this villa was such a find and we were so please we chose it.

The place is just beautiful! You can tell that it was decorated with a lot of love and is still very well taken care of. It was super clean and was also cleaned very thoroughly again during our stay. The hosts are also very friendly, have always inquired about us and have been quick to reach. The view of the sea and the location on the beach sweeten the day in the morning. We were super happy and will definitely come back!!

Great place beautiful sunset on the terrace . The house has everything you need to cook and relax coffee machine toaster oven shower gel and shampoo in the bathroom super well equipped. A lovely welcome pack with beer water jam bread milk etc… amazing . I also want to thanks Nikos for being so so kind and flexible with our check in and check out what a star. Highly recommend the place super spacious very clean and in a great village with lovely taverns .thank you

Very nice stay in this accommodation which was perfectly in line with the photos and description. Well-equipped and very clean. The host is available and very responsive to messages. He also helped us with various logistical information. The accommodation is 13 minutes from the beach, restaurants and supermarkets, a great asset. On a steep slope, it's better to be in good physical condition. I obviously recommend this accommodation for a stay in Sarande, whether with friends or family.

We absolutely loved our stay! The large balcony with the bean bags, and the proximity to the small beach (which is small and rocky but beautiful!) was absolutely perfect for us. The walk to the promenade was supposedly 30-45 minutes according to Maps, but it never felt that long as it was completely flat. And there was always restaurants/bars/shops, or cats (!) to look at on the way. We really appreciated having a washing machine which meant we could freshen up our beach towels etc. and the kitchen was well equipped to make all your meals there if you wanted to. There was also plenty of great restaurants nearby, and a handful of small supermarkets. Would definitely recommend and return.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The place has everything u need and is great for traveling the whole island. Katherine could not have been a more perfect host. She is super helpful and has great tips for the island.

This apartment was so good. It is very convenient for the old and new town of Corfu, and for all the restaurants as well. The communication from the management company was excellent and it seemed nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended.

My Parents and I came to Corfo for the first time and this stay was perfect! We enjoyed every second of it!

I think it was the best place we could have stayed. Nikos was extremely kind and welcoming which made our stay perfect. He gave tips on what to visit and always cared if everything was ok. The place is in great spot and Benitses is a great town to stay. You can reach everything by foot and explore the island with a car.
