The house is made of stone and has been carefully restored to preserve its original charm. The house also features a beautiful courtyard where guests can relax and enjoy themselves. Your family will be close to everything you need, as the accommodation is located in the most central part of the island. Right next to you there is a Super Market, a cafeteria, a bus stop and a taxi. Within 60 meters you will find the public parking, the health center and the playground. At 150 meters there are 2 more Super Markets, 2 bakeries and a butcher shop. Also, in 3 minutes on foot you are in the square of the Village with the traditional cafes and restaurants.

SeaMe I

SeaMe House, one of the most photographed houses in Symi, is located right on the waterside of “Gialos” in Kato Harani Area. Arriving at the harbor which is surrounded by beautiful hills you may see the house laying in front of you amongst magical layers of background colors and contrasts. Small fishing boats tied on the stone paved deck right in front of it, finish up this spectacular “painting” picture.

Relax in this unique and quiet accommodation. The house includes a living room and a kitchen overlooking the courtyard. You will have a bedroom with a double bed on the mezzanine. Meals can be enjoyed in the patio in the shade of a bougainvillea. Upstairs you have a terrace overlooking the port of Yalos and Pedi. The house is a two-minute walk from the village square, shops and restaurants.

A fresh renovation took place in 2022. Brand new kitchen and bathroom, brand new furniture and new design of the space. The house includes the living room which is also the dining room and the two sofas are sofa beds. Next room, is the kitchen and master bedroom and bathroom. Milias House is located in the seaside village of Pedi in the homonymous bay, 3,5 km from Yalos, Symi's harbor. Milias House can accomodate 8 people in both floors. Ιf you are four people or less, you may b rend one of the two floors. Milias House is right on the sea, in front of, literally on the beach.
