Sophisticated, Boutique Pop Art Inspired Apartment

Upon entry, you are greeted with a light and open hall. Lined with classic, print from some of Hollywood’s greatest productions, you are lead into the main communal area. If you're tired of exploring the city or after a long day at the office, then why not just kick back and relax on the comfortable sofa that greats you. The lounge area includes the aforementioned sofa to unwind on as well as relaxing executive chair that can be extended into a single sofa bed and an impressive Samsung smartTV which will allow you to access all your on-demand content such as Netflix, stan and SBS to name a few (no discrimination to those not listed). Wifi is obviously provided and this includes unlimited data. We all have to eat and on that topic, you will be happy to find a modern and fully equipped kitchen that has everything you would expect from an apartment of this quality. An integrated gas hob with electric oven and dishwasher are only the start. Coffee machine to help raise you on a morning, stainless appliances, microwave, toaster, rice cooker you have it all, including complete cooking utensils and if you arrive late on the first day we have stocked the cupboards with basics and also provided organic bread, milk, butter, eggs and fresh orange juice to make that 1st breakfast a little less stressful. Did I mention those stunning Andy Warhol Chanel prints? The lounge area flows into a spacious Sun Room that you will find divided into 2 spaces a dining area with a large oak table that can comfortably seat 4 and a dedicated workspace. The workspace is readily prepared with an additional monitor (HDMI, DVI & VGA) USB keyboard and mouse, printer and I’ve even included some paper experience has shown a printer is useless without this. Back down the hall and the first door takes you into the spacious Bathroom, pristine white fixtures and a large waterfall showerhead. Fresh towels as well as complimentary soap, shampoo and conditioner are provided and should you need there are additional towels located in the large wardrobe located in the bedroom. The bathroom also houses the laundry area with both separate dryer and washer, washing powder can be located under the bathroom sink. The final room is the master suite complete with a luxurious queen-sized bed topped with crisp cotton linen, through and cushions. The room is illuminated by an elegant glass chandelier from the ceiling and 2 vintage style squirrel cage bedside lamps. Ample storage is provided in the form of an oversized built-in wardrobe hidden behind 2 floor to ceiling sliding mirrored doors, hangers are provided so no need to worry about creased clothing and you will also find an iron and ironing board in the right-hand wardrobe. The opposite side of the room has a dark wood 3 drawer dresser with a large illuminated mirror above. There is a hairdryer located in the bottom drawer should you have by accident left your at home, I decided to include this little touch after falling for that mistake myself. Conclusion: The apartment is equipped with anything you might need (and more) to make sure your stay a pleasurable and enjoyable experience, anything missing then like any hospitable host I will do my best to assist 😊 You have the entire apartment to your self to enjoy, make yourself at home 🏡 I make every effort to greet guests on arrival, I don’t want you to have any questions unanswered or feel in the dark. During your stay, I am generally in town and just in the next suburb over so if you need anything I can (and will!) usually sort you out quick smart. The flat is in the Stanmore neighbourhood, four miles from the CBD. It's close to independent cafes serving fresh coffee, Italian food with an Australian twist (Norton Street), and the Camperdown Oval. It's only 15 minutes to the Opera House. The Apartment has excellent public transport links and street parking is a plenty and unrestricted. This is a new listing and offered at an introductory price I hope your stay is everying you would hope for...

You’ll find absolutely masses. The main train access is in Town Hall, where you can go to anywhere and come from anywhere. Entrance to Town Hall is just behind the corner (Cross City Tunnel & Kent Street). Town Hall train station is busiest transportation hub in Sydney. Additionally you can catch buses around to Bondi beach or ferries (Barangaroo Wharf) to Circular Quay. Then ferries to ZOO / Manly / Luna Park / Watsons Bay / etc. I do not own parking place, but 130 meters from my place is public carpark which is cheapest in CBD. Carpark fees apply. Walk to Galleries From an Artful Studio in a Boho Area

This is a self contained private room, with your own kitchenette and bathroom in a very handy location, minutes walk to the city, shops, restaurants and transport. You will be in Chippendale, there is plenty of good cafes, funky restaurants, bars and art galleries around, including the world famous White Rabbit Gallery. The house is a 7 minute walk to Redfern Station or 10 minutes to Central train Station, 20-50 min walk to the city, and is very close to Broadway Shopping Centre and Central Park where you can do your shopping. It is only a 20 minute walk to the buzzing Newtown, Surry Hills and Darling Harbour with all of their restaurants and pubs . Also at walking distance is Royal Prince Alfred Hospital (RPA), Sydney University (USYD), University of Technology Sydney (UTS) and Carriageworks. It is very easy to get to all Sydney's major attractions from here - you are one easy 15 min bus ride or train ride away from the Opera House and the Harbour Bridge. It takes minutes to drive to Bondi and many other beaches as well as National Parks. From the airport it is only a 20 minute drive, or a short train ride. This place has everything you need to have a lovely and comfortable stay: - wi-fi Internet; - 39-inch Smart TV, so that you can log into your Netflix, Stan and others apps to watch your favourite movies and videos; - kitchenette with all appliances, including fridge, 2 burner cooktop, and a oven/microwave; - a washer/dryer and iron; - queen size bed with super comfy memory foam mattress; - all bed linen and towels are provided. We are looking for someone who will appreciate this place and and take good care of it. Please note: -There is no lift in the house and the room is on level 1, so you will need to climb stairs. If you wish to stay for a shorter or longer period of time send me a message and we can work something out. Entire room, with private kitchenette and bathroom. I give my guests space, but I am always available for questions and can run over should they need anything. The studio is in Chippendale—one of the coolest, most underground, creative, and funky suburbs in town with cafes, art galleries, and award-winning restaurants. It's a sustainable community with verge gardens of fruit, vegetables, and herbs to share. It is super easy to get around by bike, or simply by foot (note it is a 20-50 minute walk into the city depending on where you are going). There are 2 train stations walking distance from the house, Central Station (+or- 11 min walk) or Redfern Station (+or- 7 min walk), There are also buses all around. Street Parking is available, it is paid and time restricted to 1-2 hours during the day. At night it is free and unlimited. There are some free all day parking a short walk away. To get to the house from the Airport the 2 easiest options are: Train - AU$17 per person. It comes every 5 to 10 minutes and it takes about 10-15 minutes into Redfern or Central, then you have to walk for about 10 minutes to the apartment. Taxi - the easiest option and most cost effective if there is more than 1 of you. It costs between $25-$40 and it takes about 20 minutes (allow a little more time to get into and from the International Airport).

The Botanical Gardens are right in front of you, please do have a picnic there, or stroll from the unit through the Botanical Gardens and right into the Opera House, there is no more beautiful way to get there. Just past the Opera House await you Circular Quay, the Museum of Contemporary Art, the historic Rocks precinct and the Harbour Bridge. Or, you can just stroll in 3 minutes to Hyde Park to shop at Sydney's most exclusive locations including David Jones, Hermes, Dior, and every other international brand. On from the City you can walk to Darling Harbour and China Town. For entertainment there are music, sports, film and club venues all around you. For daily needs there is a grocery store just at the next red light and a large supermarket complex is a 2 min walk. Although it might be tempting to spend the day relaxing on terrace and watch the city move around in front of you For parking of the car I have visitor permits for $14.50 per day you can park the car in the streets nearby.

Recently refurbished open plan studio apartment, with new bathroom and kitchen. Second bed available is a fold away bed (12cm sprung mattress) The apartment is situated 70 metres from Balmoral Beach and surrounded by rain forrest. It requires just a short walk to reach the Bathers Pavilion and Rotunda. A variety of restaurants and cafes are easily reached on foot. Public transport from Balmoral Beach to Taronga Zoo, the Circular Quay ferry and connecting bus to the city and Manly.
