House vacation rentals in Sydney

Lovely condo. Had everything. Conveniently located. Beautiful view. Several outdoor seating areas which we loved. We would highly recommend this to anyone!

This was a perfect week long retreat for our summer vacation. We spent most of our time enjoying the kitchen, screened in porch, and the pool! Just a short trip to town, it’s easy to get groceries and the kitchen in well equipped for cooking! We were in the pool everyday and felt so relaxed and at ease in the beautiful home and peaceful scenery! Peter, who stopped by mid-week was lovely and helpful. Completely recommend for a week away!

This is a great place to relax! Extremely quiet, spectacular view and plenty of space for a family of 4 to 6 to spread out and chill. The private beach is a nice added touch and Baddeck is only a 2 minute drive, but I wouldn’t walk there, cars drive a little fast down that road and there’s no sidewalk. Tyler was a great host, explained everything perfectly, right down to recommending water shoes for the private beach ( which we had). There’s also a nice listing of local places and lots of brochures so you can find stuff to do. It was ~25 degrees when we stayed and it gets nice and cool at night so not having A/C isn’t a problem. There are so many windows that open in so many directions, you’ll catch a breeze.

fantastic place, beautiful and spacious house, we were 2 families with 5 adults and 1 kid and the house was more than enough for us, ample of bathrooms add to the comfort for people visiting as a group.

I spent blissfully quiet nights with beautiful sunsets on this property. What a privilege to be able to use the private beach! The apartment itself is spotlessly clean and homey with all amenities you can think of. Sidney/Baddeck are only 30min away, location is ideal for day trips around Cape Breton (eg Cabot Trail). Elsie and her family were lovely. 100% recommend!

This is the 3rd year we have booked a 2 week stay at Carol Ann's property. This was for work and we had individuals in each of 3 bedrooms. Parking space and access was great for our needs. Other work teams at a different AirBnB came over several times and were envious of our facilities. Would certainly consider booking again for work and also for personal trips.

Heather's spot was beautiful and very private. Her house is well decorated with all the amenities needed. I would definitely recommend it.

This is a return visit for me and still as good. The village is so nice and peaceful, sea air is great and house is cozy and charming. Deck is a great place to relax and grill. Kitchen fully stocked. Nice big tub. Location is great and went to new places in Sydney and Louisburg (North Star-fab).

This place is a gem for anyone looking to relax, let go, and keep it simple. Which we were. We also appreciated the food and drinks Kent provided. We hope to return.

From booking to check out we had a fantastic experience. Robbie was very responsive to my messages, made some great local recommendations and even had a little welcome treat bowl for us. The home was cozy, well kept, very clean and beautifully decorated.

We have been coming to Baddeck for many years, and this time we were fortunate to find Kristine’s place. Everything about the place was perfect—the stunning view, the immaculate house, and most of all Kristine’s wonderful family. They felt like my own by the end of our stay, and we will most definitely be coming back. Kristine thought of every little detail to make us feel at home, from the zillion channel TV to the coffee ready to be perked.

It is hard to imagine a b&b host doing a better job than Cynthia and John did. They also keep a really nice home. It is also a large home. It has nice land around it and it's at the end of the small road. I'm very thankful to have booked with them.

The house is modern and lovely with large windows and a deck looking out on the water. The house is large and filled with light, it’s clean and attractive and comfortable. The host John is highly responsive, answers all questions very quickly. It is 1 mile from town which makes it very convenient, and it is also very private and quiet.

We had a fantastic stay! The space was beautifully decorated and spotless. You guys went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. The location was perfect for exploring and for our morning walks. We'd definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends. The home is perfect for a large family vacation. Thanks Carole and Calvin for this wonderful experience.

Wonderful clean place to stay, would highly recommend and will be visiting again

Aaron's place is well equipped for an overnight stay or even a week . VALUE for money this place gets 10 stars . We've been travelling Nova Scotia from Australia for 2 weeks and this by far has been the best value . Aaron's mum, who we accidentally got to me is a real gem . she's the cleaner and a legend. Loved the Lollies too . (my waist not so much) thanks Aaron .

This place was in top-notch shape and had most of the amenities we expected. The only drawback is that for the price we paid, a second bathroom is something we would expect in a place that can accommodate six people. We did fine, but it was harder to get out quickly in the morning with only one bathroom and five people. Appreciated the excellent laundry facilities. Would definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful time. The cottage was perfect for us and very accessible to everything we wanted to see and do. Baddeck is a great town. And we even learned how to pronounce it correctly!
