Few minutes walk to St Peters station, 10 minutes to Erskineville and Newtown Stations. Buses just around the corner on King Street. Lovely quiet space with private entrance.

It has timber floors, a timber deck & outdoor seating & windows with fly screens. There is easy access down a shared driveway to come and go as you please.
