Waterfront vacation rentals in Świnoujście

We had a very nice weekend. The apartment is brand new and the amenities are great. We felt very comfortable. The path to the beach is right outside the door and it only takes 2 minutes to enjoy white sand and the sea.

We felt right at home. The apartment was even nicer than in the photos. Everything was clean and nicely decorated. We had everything you could ever need in terms of amenities. The location is really great: Quiet and located in the middle of the forest. The apartment above us was also occupied, but you really don't notice it at all. The highlight was the private sauna. But it takes about half an hour to heat up, but then it stays warm for half an hour after the time is up! We can recommend the apartment 100% and will definitely be back!

The place was very nice! Very clean, a lot of space and areas to hang out. Loved the sauna, there was a shower gel and tea as well! Recommend!

Martin and Ilka totally convinced us, communication and pers. Meeting was both pleasant and helpful. The place is very nice, modernly furnished and super clean. We felt very comfortable and we didn't miss anything. The instructions to open only the windows with insect screens were quite appropriate. In short: great accommodation, great landlord and great area!

The apartment with large garden met our expectations and gave us a pleasant stay in Dziwnów. The hosts always proactively sought contact and were really very eager to ensure that we were completely satisfied. Which we were at all times! What we really liked was the private and very well-maintained complex and that our dog was also warmly welcomed. We will be happy to come back :-)

I immediately felt comfortable. The decor was very tasteful and high quality. The location of the apartment is special, right behind the dune. Many thanks to Thomas for the wonderful break on the Baltic Sea.

We (two adults + two children 4 and 5 years) felt very comfortable in Bernd's Achterkajüte! You can tell - in a positive sense! - that a private landlord is at work here, who cares about the well-being of his guests and the condition of his vacation property! From the very friendly welcome to the impeccable apartment (well photographed, corresponding to the photos), the use of the spacious garden for playing soccer with the children, the family-friendly environment in Loddin with delicious restaurant (recommendation: Kikis Bootsverleih & Restaurant in Loddin), the good location on Usedom... Our time in Altwarp with Heike and Hartmut was wonderful: The area, the nature there is really fantastic (Feenwald etc. :)…Heike & Hartmut's place fit in perfectly there: Very clean, nicely decorated and with a personal touch. We were able to relax and feel very comfortable there… the view of the water from the chair, interesting books. I would especially like to thank Hartmut & Heike for their helpfulness and kindness: It was very nice with and among you! And we will definitely come back, best regards, Anna.

We had an amazing time with our 3 teenage daughters and dog. The house was comfortable, well designed and cozy. Plus, the extra comforts for our dog (a bed, dog blanket and extra bowls) were much appreciated. We had such a wonderful time as family and a very restful vacation.

I was there in winter. Great apartment to relax and be in nature. The furniture and items take you back to the past and you feel like you can lead a simpler life (positively meant!). The tenant is a friendly and beautiful person. You can talk to her easily and informally.

We were 5 adults and 4 children and had a lovely time at the place. The sea is about 45 minutes' walk away, a supermarket almost directly opposite. Thanks again :)

We stayed with our shepherd dog for a long weekend with Dirk, as the property was completely locked, the dog could roam freely and was able to let off steam well in the field behind. For my parents and I, everything we needed to relax and unwind was perfect. We are very grateful for the nice weekend

Another great few days. We were now with the family for the second time in the house after 3.5 years, this time in the summer. The large terrace to the garden is wonderful, the children romped through the huge garden and the house remains a gem, you feel so incredibly comfortable and everything is available. Markus and Karsten have incredible taste and love for detail, in advance many details also for excursions and restaurants. The two hosts leave no question unanswered and are immediately available - thank you! One thing is difficult at the house, to say goodbye again, until definitely another next time.

We had a super cozy autumn vacation with a dog! The house is beautiful, totally cozy, sparkling clean (except for a few flat mosquitoes) and really equipped with everything you need. Special highlights are the beautiful fireplace and the Nordic Spa. It was really beautiful to look at the stars with a glass of wine in the warm HotTub! Small minus; it takes over an hour to fill the tub and about 3.5 hours (in which you have to add wood every half hour) until it is warm. For this, it took a total of 2 bags of wood, each cost €9.50. So you just have to be aware that it costs just under €20 per use. We thought that was a shame. The area is great for bike rides and walks - but you have to stock up on mosquitoes!;)

We arrived at the property very late. It was good that the key was handed over by code. The house is very quiet at the end of Rankwitz. That was very pleasant. There is a spacious living room with well-equipped American kitchen and fireplace. We made ourselves comfortable there. The two bedrooms are also spacious. The bathroom is huge. The place was ideal for us and our two dogs. Unfortunately, we have found little opportunity in the area to walk along the backwater. But it didn't matter, we drove to the sea with the dogs anyway and were on the beach there. All in all it was a successful getaway. Unfortunately, it's too short. By the way, our host Andreas was available online almost 24/7. Thank you for this and for patiently answering questions, which of course you have also found in documents and information sheets, when you then found time to read it.

Great place to stay and top owners !We stayed at the place for a weekend now in March and we loved it. Super nice house, great amenities and quiet location. But still central to get anywhere quickly. Thomas was always available and very helpful when it came to recommendations or questions. We will definitely be back and definitely want to repeat and experience the experience again. Thank you.

It was a really very nice holiday! The place was absolutely classy and very quiet! Everything was super clean! The concept on site is super thoughtful! The local contact persons were always very helpful and gave good tips for excursions, etc.! We will be happy to come back!

We stayed in the apartment for the second time and this time especially enjoyed the cozy atmosphere in the apartment, with great evening sky, lots of wood in the decor and color-dimmable mood lighting. In the large, fortunately not too soft bed we could sleep sleep very well. The view from the bedroom is impressive, over the south balcony to the Achterwasser is impressive. In the cornered, bright living room there are various areas, so that families with children also have plenty of space. We liked to cook in the small but practical kitchen and sometimes baked, from high-quality pots to the waffle iron, everything is available. We've never had such a good TV in an apartment and sound system with Netflix and AppleTV. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly. Also in the bathroom with detergent for the Miele, shower gel, shampoo all organic! Thanks to the hosts Christina and Stefan, who personally prepare everything so lovingly. Maria and Helmuth

We were very warmly welcomed by Ms. Lange and were able to feel right at home after an introduction to the special features of the apartment. It is clear that the preservation and cleanliness of the property is of great importance. The kitchen is really excellently equipped and also otherwise everything else you could ever need is in the apartment. The location is quiet and you can walk to the beach in no more than two minutes. You can also walk to the train station in less than 10 minutes and the bus runs in front of the house. Shopping is available in Ahlbeck - here you can get there by bus within a few minutes, or you can walk. The apartment was therefore an ideal starting point for our activities. There is also a box in the apartment, with all kinds of information and programs, to encourage leisure activities. For questions, or "extra requests" on our part, the hosts Lange are quickly accessible and extremely friendly and helpful. Thank you!

We had a great vacation and a very pleasant stay in Katharina's beautiful apartment. There were two of us in the apartment and there was plenty of room. The balcony with the extremely practical insect protection doors was very nice. The fact that there is a swimming pool, sauna and gym in the house is very pleasant. Although I would have liked the water in the swimming pool to be a little warmer. Very positive is the proximity to the beach, within walking distance in three, four minutes and we enjoyed the beach chair that Katharina provides with the apartment. The train station in Zempin is also a 5-minute walk away and we used the train a few times to visit the Kaiserbäder. The connection is very good and the ticket is covered by the tourist tax. In addition, the area is great to explore by bike. Great bike paths. All in all, we had a great vacation and I highly recommend Katharina's apartment.

Really a wonderful place to stay with great views of the sea and quiet location. The two bathrooms and the size make the apartment comfortable and it is absolutely sufficient for a family with 2 children🙂. We'll be back for sure 👍

A really very nice apartment, quietly located, away from the large tourist centers on Usedom, therefore very well suited for relaxing, very original and stylishly furnished. We felt very comfortable and highly recommend the accommodation.
