Vacation rentals with a sauna in Świnoujście

We were received in a very friendly manner, also by the 2 cuddly cats, we enjoyed the garden fireplace room and the sauna very much:) Thank you!

We had a great time at Aleksandra's beautiful apartment. All the necessary information was provided in detail by her, there was even a welcome wine and the apartment was superbly equipped. The beds (including the sofa bed) were totally comfortable and the pool was just great! We will definitely come back 🤩

The place was really great. Great location, a stone's throw to the beach and promenade, yet quiet. Communication with the operators and service staff was friendly and helpful. Everyone is very helpful and communicative. In our apartment, the bathroom was already very outdated (tiles broken, shower yellowed and the shower door difficult to close). In addition, there was no microwave (which made warming up porridge and the like a little more difficult) and the pots and pans should be replaced. In addition, a vacuum cleaner or sweeping set would make a longer stay a little easier. But all this is whining at a high level. We really enjoyed the stay and recommend the place.

We were very pleased with the apartment. It was clean, beautifully decorated and had an incredibly great view directly to the sea. The apartment is located a bit outside, which makes it very quiet. The stay is well suited with child(ren), due to the adjoining playroom and the pool as well as the immediately adjacent beach.

The communication was very easy and friendly. We got all the necessary information and were able to take and drop off our key through a key box without contact. We particularly liked the living room and the view of the cows. It is very quiet and the house is only 30 minutes from the "larger" places. We will be happy to come back!

The apartment was super nice, very clean and has a good location to get to the beach quickly. There were three of us and the space was sufficient. The highlight is the pool, jacuzzi and rooftop sauna. We had great weather and were on the beach a lot but the evening cooling was perfect. A clear recommendation ☀️

We were completely satisfied with our stay at Edyta's. Everything was as described and as shown in the photos, super clean and with everything you need for a successful vacation. The highlight was of course the spa area in the basement.

Thanks to the wonderful apartment, the bright sun, the bird concert in the morning and the many opportunities to do something, we were able to relax and enjoy ourselves very much. Unfortunately, we were only able to take a short vacation here again. We'll be back for sure!

We stayed in the apartment for the second time and this time especially enjoyed the cozy atmosphere in the apartment, with great evening sky, lots of wood in the decor and color-dimmable mood lighting. In the large, fortunately not too soft bed we could sleep sleep very well. The view from the bedroom is impressive, over the south balcony to the Achterwasser is impressive. In the cornered, bright living room there are various areas, so that families with children also have plenty of space. We liked to cook in the small but practical kitchen and sometimes baked, from high-quality pots to the waffle iron, everything is available. We've never had such a good TV in an apartment and sound system with Netflix and AppleTV. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly. Also in the bathroom with detergent for the Miele, shower gel, shampoo all organic! Thanks to the hosts Christina and Stefan, who personally prepare everything so lovingly. Maria and Helmuth

We had a great vacation and a very pleasant stay in Katharina's beautiful apartment. There were two of us in the apartment and there was plenty of room. The balcony with the extremely practical insect protection doors was very nice. The fact that there is a swimming pool, sauna and gym in the house is very pleasant. Although I would have liked the water in the swimming pool to be a little warmer. Very positive is the proximity to the beach, within walking distance in three, four minutes and we enjoyed the beach chair that Katharina provides with the apartment. The train station in Zempin is also a 5-minute walk away and we used the train a few times to visit the Kaiserbäder. The connection is very good and the ticket is covered by the tourist tax. In addition, the area is great to explore by bike. Great bike paths. All in all, we had a great vacation and I highly recommend Katharina's apartment.

The apartment is great! Everything you need is available. Even a coloring book with pens for the little one was there. Very clean everything! Also the check in was very well explained!

Really a wonderful place to stay with great views of the sea and quiet location. The two bathrooms and the size make the apartment comfortable and it is absolutely sufficient for a family with 2 children🙂. We'll be back for sure 👍

We stayed in Koserow for the first time and it was beautiful. Could do a lot of things with the kids, climb, Karl's strawberry farm, swim everything nearby. Great apartment made us feel at home and was just beautiful the days. We will be back.

We had a wonderful vacation in Bernd's Kielhus. We felt completely comfortable. The house offers everything you need to have a relaxing time. The apartment extends over 3 floors, with the bedrooms on the upper floors. It is very spacious, comfortably furnished and fabulously complemented by Kerstin's art objects. The terrace is fantastic as you can watch the breathtaking sunsets from there. Nearby are restaurants within walking distance overlooking the Achterwasser. By bike, you can reach the beach of Kölpinsee in 10 minutes and otherwise the island can be explored very comfortably by bike and train. For larger purchases, we think you need a car, as the nearest supermarket and good bakeries are about 4 km away. Communication with Bernd and Kerstin went smoothly and was very warm. We will be back!!!

We had an amazing time with our 3 teenage daughters and dog. The house was comfortable, well designed and cozy. Plus, the extra comforts for our dog (a bed, dog blanket and extra bowls) were much appreciated. We had such a wonderful time as family and a very restful vacation.

Marcin was an extremely friendly host. He was very accommodating. We particularly liked the large meadow behind the house and the good location overall. Glad to come back.

We stayed with our shepherd dog for a long weekend with Dirk, as the property was completely locked, the dog could roam freely and was able to let off steam well in the field behind. For my parents and I, everything we needed to relax and unwind was perfect. We are very grateful for the nice weekend

Great place, we felt very comfortable. Katja was always available, the house was very cozy. Check-in via a separate reception was always staffed and very easy to provide information. We would have been happy if there were a bit more cooking equipment (e.g. pan turner, ladle) as we like to cook. But all in all we were very satisfied and would come back again.

We arrived at the property very late. It was good that the key was handed over by code. The house is very quiet at the end of Rankwitz. That was very pleasant. There is a spacious living room with well-equipped American kitchen and fireplace. We made ourselves comfortable there. The two bedrooms are also spacious. The bathroom is huge. The place was ideal for us and our two dogs. Unfortunately, we have found little opportunity in the area to walk along the backwater. But it didn't matter, we drove to the sea with the dogs anyway and were on the beach there. All in all it was a successful getaway. Unfortunately, it's too short. By the way, our host Andreas was available online almost 24/7. Thank you for this and for patiently answering questions, which of course you have also found in documents and information sheets, when you then found time to read it.

We had a great stay. Everything is available for a relaxed family life. Always happy to come back!

Piotr's Villa is located in an absolutely wonderful location with wild nature and calm surroundings which provided exactly what we were looking for! a weekend in quiet nature! The Villa is well equipped and has a beautiful garden and direct access to the nearby lake. Piotr has answered all of our questions almost instantaneously and was very generous with giving instructions and being flexible with our wishes! The Sauna and hot tub are a super nice addition to the already perfect villa and we were very pleased with the equipped kitchen and the extremely comfortable beds! We would highly recommend this Villa to anyone who is looking for a beautiful city escape and wonderful time Poland's wonderful nature!
