Discover this idyllic and beachside oasis nestled within the villa district in the western spa area. The spacious 35m² two-bedroom "SwanSuites" apartment offers not only the utmost comfort but also stylish luxury. This modern building was constructed in 2023 and boasts a vast rooftop terrace with a spectacular pool and sauna landscape, offering breathtaking views of the Baltic Sea. A cozy, fully equipped apartment (18 sq meters) located in Międzyzdroje in the building. New Slavia by the beach on Promenada Gwiazd 34 at the entrance A to the beach. The apartment is on the 2nd floor in a building with 2 elevators. It has a room with a kitchenette, a bathroom and a balcony overlooking the sea. The apartment is fully equipped (TV, fridge, two-burner induction cooker, electric kettle, water filter jug, toaster, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, screen, sun loungers).

Cottage Benz, Usedom

Wunderschoenes Cottage in Benz auf Usedom. Perfekter Ort um in Ruhe Ferien zu verbringen. Benz ist von der Ostsee 5km entfernt und einfach mit dem Fahrrad /Auto oder zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Cottage ist das letzte in einer Reihe von 7 Ferienhäusern, welches am Waldesrand gelegen ist. Traumhafte Sonnenaufgänge inklusive. Die komplett Sanierung/Modernisierung wurde im Juli 2022 fertig gestellt und das Haus steht seitdem ganzjährig zum Mieten zu Verfügung.

The modernly furnished bungalow offers space for 2 adults and a separate bedroom for restful nights. The cozy sofa can be used as an additional sleeping option if needed. In the fully equipped kitchen, you can comfortably take care of yourself. A washing machine and dryer are available for a fee through the campsite operator. The small terrace invites you to relax and unwind. For hygienic reasons, please bring your own bed linen and towels.

Our holiday home is the perfect place to relax with a view of the bay. Fully equipped, it offers comfort and tranquility, and an additional advantage is a Jacuzzi with a beautiful view and a spacious gazebo where you can enjoy moments in the fresh air. The picturesque location provides peace, quiet and closeness to nature, creating ideal conditions for relaxation. The summer house is located on Wrzosowska Bay, right next to Dziwnówek.
