Really recommendable. There was a parking space that was secured by an electric roller gate. The place is clean and tidy as described. For me a recommended accommodation less than 5 minutes from the beach. We'd love to come back

a super nice place with high ceilings and beautiful old doors. If you need a lot of coffee in the morning, you should bring a 😉 filter coffee machine. We were able to connect the bikes to the bike rack behind the house - at the front door for the apartment Ida. It worked with e-bike and three normal bikes even overnight, without any problems. The bike path goes straight to the right to Poland and in the Bäckerei Junge (on the left towards Ahlbeck Seebrücke), the "Franz im Glück" with cinnamon and caramelized sugar are simply an absolute recommendation 🤗 to try. The pipes of the heating of the living room and conservatory probably run together - in the lower bedroom facing the street. In this room it gets warm very quickly, info for all the frostbite 😉 It was a great stay and we will be happy to come back.

Good place for a short getaway, everything close to quiet the only minus the lack of parking we had to park in a little far away.

We stayed as a couple for 7 nights in September 2023. The apartment is great. Very spacious and very well equipped, for example, with electric blinds to keep the heat outside during the day. Very well equipped kitchen (+a tea towel, kitchen cloth, sponge, 1x paper towels , two dishwasher tabs, hand dish soap, pepper and salt). The apartment is in a very quiet , beautiful settlement. The really large balcony faces the forest is very quiet and very quiet. In the bedroom you can hear the nearby federal highway in the morning with the window open. Otherwise, it is really very nice and quiet. Zempin is a very good starting point for excursions in all directions. The bike takes you to the beautiful beach in 5 minutes. In the village itself there is no supermarket, just a bakery and various restaurants. The closest supermarket is in the closest place, quick to reach. Contact with Karla was very simple, nice and helpful. We will be happy to come back.

From the first contact with Izabella, I knew we were in good hands. I've experienced some lovely hosts, but Izabella was exceptionally caring, accommodating and friendly. She proactively reached out to us a few days before arrival to describe all the details for arrival. This made check-in smooth and it was even easier to get into the apartment. We liked the place right away. It is totally cozily furnished and you have everything you need. The fenced garden was particularly beautiful. So we were able to let our dog out for a bit in between. Unless there were neighbors outside, he could move around freely. In the apartment everything was very clean and nothing was missing. The small bicycle garage in front of the house was also very useful for us. On our next visit to Usedom, we will be happy to come back to Izabella's place. :)

It was a really very nice holiday! The place was absolutely classy and very quiet! Everything was super clean! The concept on site is super thoughtful! The local contact persons were always very helpful and gave good tips for excursions, etc.! We will be happy to come back!

The apartment is clean and as described. Pleasant outdoor patio adds extra value. Spacious apartment for 2 rooms. We can honestly recommend it to anyone.

The apartment is nicely decorated, very clean the beds were very comfortable for us. It was particularly positive that there are many things for the beach in the apartment. Umbrellas, chairs, sand toys and much more. In addition, there were more sets of the normal towel and bedding. In the kitchen there is everything important. It could have been more knives and plates - 1 set each, otherwise it will be a little scarce between breakfast and dinner. The host was quick in communication and always helpful. She speaks German, English and Polish, which was very convenient for us. A car parking space is available and the location is ideal for a short way to the beach.

We had a nice stay, the city is calm and tidy, the beach is 3 minutes walk from the appartment.

A really very nice apartment, quietly located, away from the large tourist centers on Usedom, therefore very well suited for relaxing, very original and stylishly furnished. We felt very comfortable and highly recommend the accommodation.

Very nice hotel complex with guarded entrance! Apartment is as in the photos, very clean, very tidy. Perfect for people who want it a little quieter! Shopping is just under 1 km away so within walking distance. The beach is the highlight, a short walk there, and there is also a bar on the beach! We can really recommend the apartment

The apartment is as described. Close to the beach and also to the train station. A shaded parking space for the car is available. Great excursions can be started on foot, by bike, by car and also by train as the place is very centrally located on the island. We felt very comfortable.

We were in this great place with two families (4 adults, 3 children: 6, 5 and 2 years). The condo is huge and offers a lot of space even for two families. It's excellently equipped and we haven't missed anything. The whole area and the location of the condo right to the pool is great for children. The path to the beach can be reached on foot in 10 to 15 minutes with children. There is a small bakery and a supermarket on the way (larger supermarket not far as well). We liked it so much that we will definitely come back. Thanks to Monika for the great time!
