Modern, elegant, decorated with taste, character and atmosphere, in a tenement house from the 1920s. An interesting feature are the wooden stairs on the stairwell. Very clean, pleasant, attention to every detail and aesthetic. Very spacious, with large windows and a balcony, sunny. Plus free access to Netflix and PrimeVideo. 10% discount for the restaurant downstairs with real Italian cuisine - delicious homemade pasta. Great location, on the main promenade, close to the PKP, perfect for walking and exploring the most important monuments and attractions. An apartment absolutely worth recommending and worth the price. Great place! And a super host!

I want to say a few words about this wonderful stay for a business trip; The apartment is in a quiet area in Sandomierz, impeccably clean and reflecting the descriptions provided by the Host. The host is cordial and friendly, always open to a conversation/clarification; I recommend this apartment for those wishing to visit Sandomierz or for those in Poland for business trips because it deserves it in terms of quality and price. Near the apartment there is a small shopping center about 500m away where you can shop for those who want to; in the same radius there is a Biedronka supermarket where you can do your everyday shopping. I thank the host for his availability and for his humanity.

I had a great experience staying in this apartment! The cozy atmosphere, the modern interior and all the necessary amenities made my stay as comfortable as possible. The bed is very comfortable and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need for cooking. Separately, I want to note the cleanliness – everything was impeccable! The location is also great: there are shops, a restaurant, the city center and a park nearby. Hosts are very welcoming and helpful. Woulddefinitely come back here again and recommend it to everyone!

A spacious two-bedroom apartment in an old house near the monastery and the church of St. Carl Borromeo on Carceuk, next to the monastery there is a park with hiking trails for walking, large shops Lidl, Biedronka - located 1.2 1.5 km from the house. Host Grazyna is responsive, trying to respond to requests.

Extremely kind and hospitable Hosts. The room is very cozy and warm even on winter evenings. A great place to relax and a base for sightseeing tours and winter sports in the nearby Baltov. Great connection with Hosts both before and during your stay. Mrs. Bożena also offers delicious breakfasts for any order :)

A beautiful place with a soul in the atmosphere of Zalipia. The house is spacious and there is no shortage of space, and we were 8 adults and one small child. The amenities are surprisingly rich and seamless check-in. The home-made sauna is a great addition and an idea for a relaxing evening with friends.

it was very nice stay. House was very clean. My kids were very happy to have toys outside. large fenced area, there is a football field on the territory. Very friendly owner. I really liked the hot tub. 3 kilometers away there is a dinosaur park with a huge number of attractions and an open zoo. We will definitely come again, my family and I are very pleased

Grzegorz House was perfect for a few days while in town for business. Quiet neighborhood close to everything. The kitchen had everything need plus coffee capsules were available for the Nesresso machine. Very clean and comfortable house! He was great at staying in touch and was extremely accommodating when we need to check out a bit later. Would highly recommend!

A very nice cottage and well-equipped, a great place for a vacation or a longer weekend.

In short, if you are looking for a place in the country, close to nature but with restaurants and attractions reasonably available, this is a great place. But you do have to have a car. Overall great "life in the village" experience. What completes the experience is that Anna will prepare local, authentic food for you (for a separate fee) so If you are OK with eating at home you will not need to do anything but enjoy the countryside. Also, there is no AC so be prepared to spend hot days outside in the shade. (near the pond is the best place, you can feed some fish there)
