The home sits on 5 acres of private property with wrap-around deck & fire pit to look at those beautiful stars, 1.4 miles from the State Park gazing field. For ATV's or snow mobiles, we have ample parking area & many trails very close to the property! Wood stove heat to keep you toasty warm - we provide the wood!

It is about 1 mile to the northern boundary of the Tioga State Park; where exploring is wide open and snowmobiling is permitted in winter. If you want a quiet escape this is the place for you! Our retreat is part of an old 100 acre farm that has 3 ponds you can fish in, hiking trails and woods that you are more than welcome to explore. You will enjoy star gazing from the view of the front yard! An OFFSITE cabin to our Potter County Family Campground.

There are also two private bedrooms, one with a queen and the other has a full size. Hike, try the zip-line or stretch out on the front porch.
