Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Swan Bay

This was our 3rd (or 4th!) stay at the Cottesloe Beach Shack. Gorgeous stay as always, Rebecca super helpful and we just love this place. Super dog friendly with lots of space for everyone. The recent renovations and updates are gorgeous, including the new outdoor space - we can't wait to get back to use it in some warmer weather! Look forward to getting back again soon.

Amazing house in a fantastic location close to both the Sorrento main street and beaches. We had a group of 4 stay for the long weekend and whilst we couldn’t utilise the stunning backyard due to the rain, we made the most of the large living area with gorgeous big lounges and wood fireplace to keep us warm and cosy all weekend (streaming services included)! Everyone had a roomy bedroom each with super comfy beds and the two bathrooms were well appointed with great shower pressure also. The house also has a bunch of extra TVs and split systems in most rooms which is a nice addition. We are already planning our next trip back to Michelle’s place in summer!

Beautiful house to stay at! We all had the best time and felt right at home as soon as we arrived. Heaps of room for the kids to run around and burn their energy. Great place to stay for a family holiday we had 11 of us in the house and we al had our own space and heaps of room to have dinner and watch movies all together.

A beautifully presented and comfortable home. Nic had thoughtfully started the fire which was perfect when arriving for a winter weekend away. Nic also offered us a late checkout which we really appreciated.

Richard and Annette's property is always amazing! This is the second time we've stayed at Spray Point Cottage and its been perfect. Richard and Annette communicate so easily and quickly, their home is pristine. We can't recommend Spray Point Cottage enough!

This little peace of heaven was perfect for our family to celebrate my 40th birthday. From the moment we walked in the front gate to see the house amongst the gum trees and then the waterfall from the bedroom. We felt like we stepped into an old fairytale world with our own treehouse. Everywhere we walked felt like little fairy’s were waiting to greet us. The ferns throughout and stepping stones between each area made for the best adventures. The kids loved watching the frogs and tadpoles in the back pool. The natural pool was incredible and soul nourishing. Our first experience with a natural pool and it was breathtaking, especially being able to swim under the waterfalls. Thank you so much Sarah, we hope to return sometime Soon.

We had a great stay at Ash and Jason’s property. The house was immaculately clean, with plenty of space for our group. The beds were comfortable, linen/Fiona’s nice and warm and the background provided a lovely sunny spot on a cold winter’s morning. Ash & Jason provided very clear instructions and everything was as described. Thanks for a fabulous stay!

If you're looking for a place with great views look no further. the place was quiet (we were lucky the annexed apartment was vacated) everything as described. no Wi-Fi was a serious drawback (owner saying that most guests enjoy "tech free holidays" didn't alleviate it) mostly when I need to be connected to my home's security system. (and my partner to catch up Netflix) the place needs a serious upgrade. the TV is probably 20 years old or more

Had another great stay at Lisa’s place! We can’t get enough of the fire and the real plants… rare for bnbs unfortunately. Lisa was very responsive, helpful and accomodating. Would definitely recommend!

A beautiful apartment a stones throw from GMHBA stadium. Rachael was so helpful and responsive, and the apartment perfectly matched the photos. We will be back.

This place is a gem. Beautiful view of sun set and sun rise, with chance of seeing Hotair balloon right in front of you. Lots of things to do at home, cooking, washing and bbq-ing. Will love to stay here again if we visit Melbourne again.

Jo's place was beautiful, exactly as described and felt right at home. Check in was also easy. Jo was super responsive and communication was easy. Would book again!

Michelle's place is in a fantastic location, convenient to everything you'd want to do in the city. The apartment is clean, with everything we needed for our weekend getaway. Michelle is a super responsive host and we can't thank her enough for organising an early check in.

Catherine was very helpful and easy to communicate with throughout the booking, check in and check out process. The place was amazing and in such a great location in St Kilda. The added touch of putting the fire on for us on arrival, on a cold evening, was very thoughtful. We had a great time in St Kilda and Melbourne, using Catherine's place as a hub made it all the more special. I cannot forget to mention the great recommendations for cafes, bars and restaurants locally that are now on our 'must go back to' list.

We loved our 3 night stay at this beautiful, cosy, warm loft-style apartment in vibrant Armadale. Close to fantastic cafes, restaurants and shopping. Our host also generously provided some yummy food items too. One standout feature was the log fire. We would definitely return to this lovely property.

We had the best stay at Georgina’s place for an extended period of 5 weeks. Perfect location with great proximity to CBD, parks, Domain Road and South Yarra. Super quick communicator too. Would recommend!

I highly recommend this property, it is without doubt the best airbnb we've ever stayed in and equivalent to 5* luxury accommodation. The place is great, very clean and Steve is a great host. Steve is extremey responsive and considerate. The house is very close to nature and we really enjoyed the spa specially our son. The only thing that could be improvide is the kitchen and its preparedness to host guests who plan to cook for exemple having more utensilis.

Beautiful home and setting that is close to near by towns and attractions…will be coming back in the future 😊

We had a wonderful stay at Ria's place. The house is exactly like the photos, beautiful, luminous and well equiped. It has everything you need (even an office!). There were six of us (grandparents and 2 kids) and we had an amazing time. Ria was lovely to interact with and very responsive. We would love to come back! Thank you Ria!!
