Here you live newly renovated with an orangery as a kitchen and living room. The accommodation is located in a quiet, older neighborhood a few minutes' walk from Lund C, the cathedral, university, city park, sports ground, etc. There are three bedrooms downstairs and two spacious bathrooms with toilet & shower as well as a separate small toilet with sink. Sliding doors facing the garden and patio provide an extra room spring and summer. Trampoline for the children. Good wifi. Parking in the area (SEK 9/hour during the day, no charge on Sundays).

Swedish Logcabin, with a role model from the United States. Sit on the porch and consider our Japandi Garden and Koi fishes in the pond. Cook, sit and enjoy, or sleep well in a nice and peaceful environment. Feel free to use the whole garden. There is a very good Italian restaurant in the village. Closed on Mondays. Now closed for vacation until August 4th. Good public transport. Note: The railway is close by, which can be disruptive to those who are light sleepers. Smoking in the cabin and on the property is prohibited due to fire risk!

The apartment is located in the city center, close to the university, the Botanical Garden, grocery stores, and shops. There is no elevator. A washing machine is available in the apartment. An additional laundry room is located in the basement; it is accessed via the garden on the left side of the house – as seen from the garden.
