The spacious apartment is part of the atmospheric Skebjerg Søgaard, surrounded by fantastic nature and fresh air. On the farm there are horses, chickens, rabbits, cats and the dog Carlo. Horseback riding is included in the price. The farm has smaller forest areas and two small lakes. Indoor table tennis, darts, football games. The apartment has three bedrooms (6 people), but the possibility of an additional 4-6 people staying on the sofa bed and in the loft. Many excursion possibilities, including Tranekær Castle, Rudkøbing and beaches.

The functional outdoor kitchen is equipped with 2 hobs, a small sink and a 15 l water tank. There is everything you need to cook a simple meal. Bathroom and toilet facilities are located in a brand new trailer about 60 m away. There are 2 toilets and a bathroom shared with 1 other trailer. There is also a refrigerator for free use.

In the apartment, we offer a private entrance with a washer and dryer, kitchen with dishwasher, living room with TV and sofa bed, bathroom with shower and a bedroom with 3/4 bed. 25 minutes' walk to Svendborg city center and in front of the house there also a bus connection. Whether you want to go to a concert, visit the museums, shop, sail, hike, bike in the surrounding forests or play golf, it is perfectly located. Out in the countryside with high ceilings, our small annex of 43 sq. meters, with 1 bedroom, either 2 single beds or 1 double bed and 1 sofa bed for 2 people. In the living room, kitchenette with 2 burners, mini oven, coffee maker, refrigerator with small freezer, toilet with shower, private terrace with gas grill. The annex is located by the town's pond, close to water and forest, about 10 km from Svendborg and Rudkøbing.

(Ingen skjulte rengøringsgebyrer). Helt særlig bolig tæt på Egeskov slot I haven til gården Langholm finder man dette anneks. Den lille charmerende bjælkehytte er omgivet af gårdens æblehave, sø med ænder og fisk, adskillige terrasser og en spændende have fyldt med små kroge. En perfekt måde at bo midt i naturen. Langholm er og har været en slægtsgård i over 80år og oser af nostalgi, hygge og gode historier. Gården ligger tæt på indkøbsmuligheder. Vi er til at tale med :)

Unique 30 m2 Tiny House by the lake.

Cozy annexe, situated beautifully at Ollerup lake. The annex was built in 2021 with raw brick walls and wooden ceilings, which gives a very special atmosphere. There is a new 140x 200cm bed in the living room, as well as a loft with the possibility of 2 overnight guests. There is a private entrance, large wooden terrace and access to Ollerup lake and garden. You can borrow a rowing boat. Kitchen: There are two hotplates, fridge with small freezer, fully equipped kitchen.

Welcome to our newly constructed house by the sea – literally, just a few steps away from the clear waters of Svendborg Sound. This idyllic and spacious property (94 sq. meters on two floors) has unobstructed views of the south Funen archipelago – in fact, nature is your only and closest neighbor. Treat yourself to a few days away from it all! All beds will be made for your arrival. We supply crisp white linen and fresh towels (beach towels too) for all our guests.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Small but good is the motto of the renovated old laundry house, which is close to the beach, forest and town. There is a private terrace with two chairs and a cafe table and access to the main house's large park garden. In addition, there are up to two duvets and bed linen, and of course there are towels for both of you.
