This home is beautiful, and the host is very responsive. The house has everything you need for a lovely stay. It is easy to travel towards Keflavik, Vik, or Reykjavík from the home. We were able to fit nine people comfortably.

Nice, spacious house matching perfectly matching the description and photos. Worked perfectly for four adults and four kids. Football pitch and playground by the school just a few metres from the house. And a trampoline in the garden. Easy and quick communication with David. Thanks for a great stay!

Lovely house and great hosts, what more could you want? Communication was mostly with Andri who was very helpful and responded quickly. The house was fantastic for us (family of 5) and in a great location to either go into town or out to see other parts of Iceland. I would definitely recommend to others.

If you are looking to stay near the National Park and enjoy a private, incredibly quite relaxing trip, this is the most amazing choice. For us this home was the perfect space, incredible design, stunning views with impeccable lighting. We needed to rest and relax while exploring the vast landscape of Iceland and this was beyond perfect. We will absolutely be back.

The house is very big, the host introduced the house to me very warmly, and the facilities are complete. The location of the house is good and there is a parking lot. We had a great stay.

We really felt at home and enjoyed relaxing, cooking, talking and closing out the day at Bjarni’s family home. All was wonderfully prepared for our visit and very comfortable.

Rakel’s home is like staying at a family member’s home while they are away! So warm and welcoming, and such a great environment for kids. So many cool toys for a kid to play with and very sweet guest rooms safe and comfortable for adults traveling with kids. Her home his warm, modern, clean, efficient and so close to Iceland’s many day trip attractions, and extremely close to Reykjavik! The neighborhood is quiet, and ideal. You can walk to the grocery store, a fast food restaurant and a great pizza parlor called Flaties! Worth the price. The space is magnificent. Washer dryer great, TV channels and streaming provided, and of course the hot tub! I would stay there again, and hope to visit their beautiful Iceland for a longer period soon! I stayed at Nina’s place with my husband and my friend’s couple. We were seamlessly able to check in and the host Nina and her husband could never been more helpful. They were always responsive whenever we need something or we have questions. It was one of our best air Bnb stays and we will definitely come back here and stay again with pleasure.

If you are looking for a comfortable, affordable stay in Reykjavik, this is the place for you. Great amenities including a large back yard, large living space with a Smart TV and playstation, and a fireplace. Kitchen with everything needed to cook for yourself and avoid the pricey Reykjavik Restaurant scene. Located on a quiet street with easy access to the highway (rental car recommended for sure).

I truly couldn’t have been happier about this stay. Wonderful hosts in a beautiful home – what more could you want? First thank you is to Benjamin for being a proactive and attentive host. Very reachable, very informative, very kind. This property is in an amazing location, close to transit and very walkable. The unit itself is gorgeous, with plenty of space and amazing views of the city. Some particular highlights: - multiple sets of keys! Not enough properties do this and it made it so easy to accommodate a large party - lovely kitchen and coffee/tea area. We were able to cooks multiple meals a day with no issues. - best master bedroom ever: one night I could even see the Northern Lights from bed Thank you again for a memorable stay! We booked Oskar’s place as it is in our favourite neighbourhood. Walkable distance to Ísbúd Huppu (the best ice cream) and very quiet and peaceful. Oskar’s place is quite large, with all of the amenities that you might need. Check in was easy and Oskar was always available for any questions that we had. Great place!

Great value for the price and a very convenient location. Perfect for solo travelers, and also a comfortable option for couples.

Oh we absolutely loved this darling little place. Very cozy especially in winter. Felt like our own little cozy cave. Very walkable to groceries, restaurants, so close to airport and Blue Lagoon. Highly recommend for a visit to SW peninsula of Iceland.

Beautiful spacious apartment with all the facilities you would need. Clear instructions for any appliances (and an Easter egg!) left by the host. Very easy check in and out. Great location with restaurants, bars and shops just a 5/10 minute walk away. We hired a car for driving out of the centre but parking was always available just outside. Gas/petrol stations really close by and the local roads were easy to navigate. Nina was a great host and was very welcoming from beginning to end. 100% recommend - this was perfect!

Dísa's accomodation was outstanding. It was everything we could have asked for and more. We wanted something remote so we had more chances of seeing the aurora and we were amazed how stunning it was at the property - better than the tour we went on! There were some lovely walks we could take from the front door - just make sure you dress for the weather! Her dog Bonzo even joined us for the hikes and he was a lovely companion showing us the way. Dísa even came and gave us some eggs freshly laid on the farm that morning! The property was clean, spacious and well equipped. There are some local activities that Dísa recommended and can get some discounts on. We opted for a lovely natural hot springs which was just the ticket to soak in the thermal rock pools with the snowy mountains in the backdrop. Thank you again for an amazing stay. A truly unforgettable visit to Iceland!

We had a fantastic stay at this property! The house boasts a stunning modern design with lots of natural light, and it's located in a peaceful yet convenient area. The garden and pool were highlights, providing a perfect space to relax and unwind. It's our third trip to Iceland and this is our favourite Airbnb so far. The surroundings is beautiful and quiet. The house itself is wonderful, comfortable and very clean. We absolutely loved every second of our stay at Eugenias beautiful home. From the gorgeous exterior to the perfect layout to the sauna/hottub/cold plunge with the babbling stream running alongside. Magical! The setting was incredibly stunning and was truly one of our favorite views in all of Western Iceland. Close enough to Reykjavik while still feeling a world away. How lucky we felt to call it home each day we returned from exploring. Traveling as a family of five with three young children (9, 7, 6) we were also grateful for the lovely amenities (legos!) that made our time at home extra enjoyable for the kids. Enjoying a coffee each morning with the incredible views of the snow capped mountains was such a treat as was a night of Northern Lights! We've traveled to many Airbnbs across the world and Eugenia tops the list as the most helpful, kind, thoughtful host we've encountered. Being able to stay in her home felt so authentically Iceland and made for the most memorable trip!

Melhagi was truly a dream house to stay in on our vacation to Iceland. Peaceful location, right by the ocean, and a large property so the kids could explore and play while the adults rested. Fully stocked kitchen made making meals super easy. LOVED the hot tub and sauna on chilly mornings! There were enough beds for all of us, and there were room darkening shades in each room which really helps with the time difference and sleeping. Very clean, tidy and with extra towels so we didn't have to do laundry constantly. The hosts were very quick to respond- even while they were on vacation they responded to us! Highly recommend!
